Ac saya bermasalah dan tiap minggu jadinya tambah bermasalah teknisi kyk bocah dicomplain malah ngeblock WA. CS kyk Apaan itu? Ditelepon ga pernah angkat telepon. garansi sebulan cuma bualan diteleponin teknisi dan cs ga ada yg respon... skrng malah CSnya block saya emang dasar kampungan ga bisa kerja. Ga profesional!!! Semoga jangan ada yg kejebak sama kyk saya hampir habis 800rb dan tiap kunjungan saya kasih tip @50.000 ke teknisinya bener2 ga tau diri!!! SAMPAH!!!
My air conditioner has a problem and every week it gets more problematic a technician, like a kid being complained, actually blocked WA. CS kyk What is it? Called never pick up the phone. a month warranty just boasting a call from a technician and cs no one responds ... now the CS is actually my block emang, the basics of the village can't work. Ga professional !!! Hopefully no one gets caught up with it, if I almost run out of 800 thousand and every visit I give a tip @ 50,000 to the technician, I really don't know myself !!! WASTE !!!

Saya awam soal ac karna biasanya suami yng urusin. Coba cari2 jasa Service AC di internet dan yang paling bagus review nya cuma PT.DELAPAN KARYA NUSANTARA Walau ada beberapa yang review nya jelek tapi saya mencoba optimis mungkin mereka ga suka dengan PT DKN ini. Saya kaget ternyata PT.DKN ini jadwal nya padet bgt. Saya dijanjikan beberapa hari, dan dengan sabar nunggu. Pas teknisi sudah datang langsung tuh di cek dan di Service AC saya walau posisinya agak sulit harus bongkar tempat tidur dulu. Ga perlu lama ternyata pengerjaannya. Setelah AC diservice langsung dingin banget. Saya sangat berterima kasih sama tim PT.DKN karna sudah kasih pelayanan yang baik dan memuaskan. Buat admin nya juga terima kasih sudah melayani dengan ramah. Bakal jadi langganan sama PT.DELAPAN KARYA NUSANTARA

Kalau ada bintang dibawah 1 maka itu yg akan sy pilih.. Profesi mulia itu bukan hanya guru atau dokter tp profesi apapun yg dilakukan dg sungguh2 dan amanah.. Sy perbaiki AC 2 unit tp setelah 5 hr AC sy kembali rusak seperti sebelum diperbaiki, dan masalahnya msh tetap sm. . Sy WA tehnisinya yg bernama riski kdg dibalas kdg gak, bilangnya mau dtg tp sdh hampir 1 minggu tdk dtg, sy telpon kantornya jawabannya iya akan diprioritaskan, kmrn tehnisi sdh dijalan tp motornya mati, beribu alasan, mungkin memang sdh tidak ada etikat baik... Lain halnya kalau sy br mau perbaikan, balas WA laju seperti ketapel, besoknya langsung dtg. . . Gt sy komplain main kabur2an. . . Percayalah jika kalian amanah dlm pekerjaan pasti doa yg baik untuk usaha kalian, tp jika kalian asal2an ddan tdk amanah yg ada mungkin sumpah serapah untuk usaha dan diri kalian, yg kalian dapatkan tdk akan berkah

I repaired 2 units of AC, but after 5 days my AC was broken again like before it was repaired, and the problem is still the same. . I WA the technician named Riski, sometimes he doesn't reply, he says he wants to come but he hasn't arrived for almost 1 week, I called the office, the answer is yes, it will be prioritized, because the technician is on the road but the motor is dead, thousands of reasons, maybe there is no good etiquette.. It's a different case if I want to fix it, reply to WA quickly like a slingshot, the next day it will come right away. . . Gt I complain about playing away. . . Believe me, if you are trustworthy in your work, you will definitely pray for your business, but if you are careless and untrustworthy, there may be swearing for your business and yourself, what you will get will not be a blessing.

Ga jelas...udh booking teksini dari hari jumat untuk hari minggu. Pas teknisi ny ngabarin, sy tanya datang jam berapa.. malah dia bilang waktunya ga singkron dan mau di ksh ketemennya tapi taunya g ada teknisi lain yg hubungin sy..sy chat ke adminnya sampe sy tlpon bilangny iy tr kasih tau teknisi nya..taunya ngga juga... Pdhl sy mau cuci ac 2 unit ! Gak lagi2 deh..kecewa !

Service AC Terburuk! amat sangat tidak rekomen.. Jangan sampai ada calon customer kejebak kayak saya. service AC habis 950 ribu, kata mekanik yang bernama SUPRI ada spare part outdoor yang harus diganti.. setelah 2 mingguan, AC kembali tidak dingin.. Setelah saya complain, datang dengan teknisi yang berbeda dengan keterangan Freon Habis! Setelah diisi freon, besok nya AC Kembali tidak dingin! Saya Complain untuk minta dibereskan oleh teknisi yang awal.. tidak tidak pernah datang.. Akhirnya Saya minta pengembalian uang saya kepada Bos nya yang bernama SEPTIAN EKO PRAMONO Tapi yang ada hanya perang mulut.. kemudian saya selalu dijanjikan untuk dikembalikan uang nya.. Setelah Dijanjikan lebih dari 2 kali. Sampai dengan sekarang tidak ada solusi atau itikad baik dari PT DELAPAN KARYA NUSANTARA untuk mengembalikan uang saya. Pesan Saya untuk PT DELAPAN KARYA NUSANTARA, SEPTIAN EKO PRAMONO dan SUPRI Teknisi Kalo tidak bisa kerja.. Jangan menyusahkan orang dengan Membohongi dan Menipu.. Uang yang kalian makan dari saya tidak akan pernah berkah dan bermanfaat. Semoga Kalian segera tutup usaha nya! supaya korban seperti saya tidak terulang kembali
Worst AC Service! very, very not a recommendation .. Don't let potential customers be trapped like me. AC service runs out 950 thousand, said a mechanic named SUPRI there is an outdoor spare part that must be replaced ... after 2 weeks, the air conditioner is not cold again ... After I complained, I came up with a different technician with the description Freon Runs out! After being filled with freon, the next day the air conditioner is not cold again! I complained to have it cleaned by a technician who was early.. it never came.. Finally I asked for my money back to the boss named SEPTIAN EKO PRAMONO But there is only war of words.. then I was always promised a refund .. After being promised more than 2 times. Until now there has been no solution or good faith from PT DELAPAN KARYA NUSANTARA to return my money. My message is for PT DELAPAN KARYA NUSANTARA, SEPTIAN EKO PRAMONO and SUPRI Technicians If you can't work .. Don't trouble people by Lying and Cheating .. Service 4 unit ac karena kurang dingin. Total habis 2.8jt karena katanya harus kuras freon sama ganti sparepart (waktu ditanya part apa juga kayak bingung ga bisa jelasin). Setelah pengerjaan belum dingin maximal harus ditunggu katanya, pembayaran lunas saat itu juga ga pake nawar. Eh beberapa jam kemudian listrik jepret turun karena ac konslet, kalo ac nyala listrik mati semua, alhasil kepanasan 1 tempat kerja. Di telfon tanya garansi janji mau datang ditungguin ga datang juga, habis itu kantor di telfon pagi siang sore ga aktif, teknisi juga hp nya ga aktif (Supri) sampe ga ada kabar 3 hari akhirnya terpaksa panggil teknisi lain karena ga ada ac ga bisa kerja. Di cek teknisi lain ternyata ada konslet & bagian yang meledak di ac outdoornya makanya listrik turun terus. Beruntung gak kebakar. Ngisi freon nya ternyata sangat kurang, alhasil ac jdi malah makin gak dingin dari awalnya.. kerja ga bener, garansi juga janji doang. Kalo teknisi mau dateng lagi juga males nanti yang ada malah makin rusak. Balikin duit lah kalo emang bener bertanggung jawab. 2.8jt tuh gak murah lho, kalo kerjanya bener sih ridho deh, lah ini ngawur. Foto bon juga ada kalo mau bukti.

tukang tipu . setelah pengerjaan 2.5jt .ternyata masi gak dingin lagi setelah beberapa hari . setelah diminta datang . dibilang ada kerusakan lagi di bagian lain . dan meminta tambahan biaya 1.5jt lagi .

Ac dirumah jadi dingin sekali tdk seperti biasany dgn jasa service ac sebelum2nya.mesin cuci sy yg rusak jg sdh berfungsi lg. Bakalan jd langganan sy seterusnya.sekali lg trmksh bnr2 memuaskan.
