Katanya setiap hari sabtu per bulan juli bakalan libur.
Nyatanya nggak.
Malah jadwalnya berubah sip 1 dari jam 7 sampai jam 6 sore
Sip 2nya dari jam 7 sampai 5 pagi.
Waktunya jadi acak"an
11 jam kerja jadinya sip pagi
10 jam kerja sip malam
Padahalkan tiap perusahaan 8 jam kerja
Sisanya Masuk lembur kah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebelumnya saya pernah bekerja disini kurang lebih 3tahun, saya berhenti sekitar april 2010,dan waktu itu Admin saya belum memberikan packlaring saya, padahal lumayan ada jamsostek.
Soal pengalaman pastinya Alhamdulillah enak punya leader, supervisor and chips yg baik hati, mereka gak mungkin marah kalo qt tidak melakukan kesalahan. Kebanyakan orang bilang takut kerja di pabrik/garment or apapun itu takut pengawasnya pada galak padahal bukan begitu .itu hanyalah salah pengertian .
Previously I worked here for about 3 years, I quit around April 2010, and at that time my admin had not provided my packlaring, even though there was quite a number of Social Security.
Regarding experience, of course, Alhamdulillah, it's nice to have a leader, supervisor and chips who are kind, they can't be angry if I didn't make a mistake. Most people say that they are afraid of working in a factory / garment or whatever it is that they are afraid that the supervisor will be fierce even though it is not like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kerja disini cuman 6 bulanan sesuai kontrak, sekarang udah mau 2 bulan gantungan belom ke ambil gegara informasi nya ga jelas,,
Tolong untuk peraturan nya di perjelas biar lebih gampang, apalagi saya tinggal di luar kota jd tidak memakan waktu untuk pulang pergi ke perusahaan.

I have worked here for about 2 years. the place is comfortable, clean. I also see a lot of traders selling, many opening shops too. Many are building boarding houses too. Maybe if this factory closes the impact will be very big for the local people. surely the economy has decreased drastically. Come on, those who are still working, don't be lazy. The factory must always be maintained to keep it running
