the operator can say the line is busy again later when you call back, you can say for a moment it's still rejected.

Need to change my multinx aircondition but there seems to be not a single sales or customer service officer proactive enough and everytime different man. Very very disappointed. Bought a freaking expensive aircon but treated like junk
