★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau pengajuan pelunasan aja susaahnya minta ampun .. penyedia jasa keuangan lain tu kalo mau dilunasin pasti dipermudah gak kaya gini diribetin ..
Dibilangnya nanti diinfo lewat email, udah berhari2 gak ada email masuk sama sekali.. tiap komplen cs selalu bilang kita bantu follow up, sedang diproses .. mengecewakan sekaaaliiii
 If you want to apply for repayment, it's hard to ask for forgiveness.. other financial service providers, if you want to pay it off, it will be made easier, or not like this..
He said that he would be informed later via email, it's been days and no email has come in at all.. every complaint, cs always says we will help with follow-up, it's being processed.. so disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sudah melakukan pembayaran kemarin tgl 12 april sesuai dengan nominal yg diberikan oleh pt.commerce finance. Katanya akan diproses pelunasan nya. Akan tetapi sampai hari ini saya cek masih ada tunggakan. Dan pihak commerce finance di wa sudah centang 1. Ini bagaimana penyelesaiannya ?
I made the payment yesterday on April 12 according to the nominal given by pt. commerce finance. He said the payment would be processed. However, until today I checked there are still arrears. And the commerce finance party in wa has ticked 1. How is this resolved?

Tetapi kenapa ya nama saya masih jelek di pinjaman spayleter??
Padahal tgihan saya telat itu cuma Rp.100.000
Saya minta tolong dengan hormat nama saya di hapus dari data tagihan soalnya saya ada kepeeluan di bank terimakasih..

Pembayaran langsung ke pt commerce finance , pembayaran sudah di verifikasi oleh pihal shopee sejak 8 maret 2022 tetapi sampai saat ini di aplikasi status masih TERLAMBAT belum LUNAS
Saya sudah berkali2 membuat laporan via email jawabannya hanya selalu menunggu untuk proses karena perhitungan penghapusan denda
Hari ini saya email kembali malah jawabannya saya harus lunasi sida tagihan .
Laaaah kan saya sudah melunasi sesuai kepsepakatan ...
Saya minta sruat keterangan lunas tidak dikasih , jadi untuk apa laporan2 saya sebelumnya ???

Well, I have paid it according to the agreement...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yth PT Commerce finance saya tidak memiliki akun Spaylater sama sekali tetapi kenapa ada tagihan sampai 8x transaksi dan Kol 5 di slik OJK dari tahun 2020, sudah saya kroscek dengan transaksi di aplikasi shopee dan email yg terdaftar di akun shopee dengan transaksi di SLIK ternyata tidak ada semua, berarti ada pencurian data saya dan harus dipertanyakan bagaimana tingkat sistem keamanan di Aplikasi Shopee.
Atau haruskan saya laporkan ke pihak berwajib atas masalah ini?
Dear PT Commerce finance, I don't have a Spaylater account at all but why are there up to 8 transactions and Col 5 on the OJK slik from 2020, I have checked with the transaction in the shopee application and the email registered in the shopee account with the transaction on SLIK doesn't exist all, it means that there is theft of my data and the level of the security system in the Shopee Application must be questioned.
Or should I report this matter to the authorities?

Soalnya akun saya diretas dan trnyata pelaku itu mengambil spinjam & spaylater saya.. otomatis akun shopee saya. digunakan oknum gk bertanggung jwb yg meng atas namakan saya.. saya mohon dgn sangat bisa menghapus tagihan dan akun trsbt.. saya uda lapor shopee tetapi akun saya hanya dibekukan sementara.. dan saya blm pernah sama sekali meminjam spaylater dan spinjam.. semisal blm ada tindakan apapun..???????
