★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really disappointed with Chubb services. I have a claim and need to processed by Chubb because there's an option for my case which is suitable. I use Traveloka for my travel choice which is connected to Chubb Insurance. And I got this late reply for Chubb without explanation on my email. I never use Chubb insurance offering again from any App!! Please read the review before you clicking insurance offering.
