saya pernah mengikuti recruitment disini sebagai operator Produksi dibulan Maret-April 2020 dan sudah sampai di tahap training materi..tapi karena pandemi recruitmen dipending sampai waktu yang tidak ditentukan dan sampai sekarangpun juga tidak ada kejelasan..padahal sudah keluar uang untuk biaya MCU dan lain2 saat training materi?

Tempat kerja dengan peraturan kerja yg sangat-sangat usang. Saya tau saya adalah buruh, saya tau jabatan saya hanya sebagai operator produksi saya tau posisi kerja saya apa dan bagaimana. Tapi, saya bingung dengan manajemen disini. Bagaimana bisa mereka memberikan aturan yang sangat konservatif, sangat kuno, sangat jadul sementara isi dari perusahaannya diisi oleh mayoritas anak muda usia 20-35. Isi aturan yg saya maksud konservatif disini adalah aturan gaya rambut, saya mengerti jika ini adalah perusahaan makanan atau obat2an tapi disini (CNC) ini adalah perusahaan manufakturing kenapa mereka terlalu mengurusi gaya rambut saya? Yang kedua adalah aturan dilarangnya membawa plastik atau tas tote bag kedalam lane. Apa maksudnya? Jika memang saya takut membawa sesuatu ya tinggal dibuka saja pada saat check body periksa apakah saya bawa benda terlarang atau tidak. Celana karyawan disinipun tidak disertai kantong jadi bayangkan bagaimana ripuhnya karyawan yg hanya mempunyai kedua tangan membawa apron badan, apron tangan, apron muka, kacamata, sarung tangan, duit untuk jajan saat istirahat, rokok, korek gas dan lain sebagainya. Yang ketiga adalah aturan dilarangnya bermain alat komunikasi disaat jam istirahat. Saya mengerti banyak perusahaan yg melarangnya penggunaan alat telekomunikasi disaat jam kerja karena satu atau dua hal lainnya. Tapi yang perlu diperhatikan adalah "DILARANGNYA SAAT ISTIRAHAT" Oh, Tuhan. Aturan macam apa ini jika kedapati bermain maka karyawan yg tertangkap akan di SP 1 dan disita Handphone seminggu (Yap seminggu seperti anak sekolah) Sebenarnya banyak sekali aturan atau kebijakan perusahaan PT. CNC yang sangat aneh, tapi berhubung keterbatasan waktu dan kolom ulasan maka saya rasa ini cukup. Ingat! Sebuah perusaahan itu tak lebih layaknya organisasi dan organisasi yang sehat itu adalah organisasi yang mempedulikan sesamanya, komunikasi dari berbagai macam arah top to bottom or bottom to top Saya harap ulasan ini dibaca oleh tingkat manajerial perusahaan bahkan HR perusahaan agar segera merivisi kebijakan - kebijakan yg alot itu. Berikan kami kebijakan yg relavan!
A workplace with very, very outdated work rules. I know I am a laborer, I know that my position is only as a production operator. I know what my work position is and how. But, I'm confused by the management here. How can they provide a very conservative, very old-fashioned, very old-fashioned rule when the contents of the company are filled by the majority of young people aged 20-35. The content of the rules I mean conservative here is the hairstyle rules, I understand if this is a food or drug company but here (CNC) this is a manufacturing company why do they care too much about my hairstyle? The second is the prohibition against bringing plastic or tote bags into the lane. What does it mean? If I'm really afraid to bring something, just open it at the time of body check, check whether I'm carrying a prohibited object or not. Even here, employee pants don't come with pockets, so imagine how fragile it is for employees who only have two hands to carry a body apron, hand apron, face apron, glasses, gloves, money for snacks during breaks, cigarettes, gas lighters and so on. The third is the prohibition against playing communication tools during recess. I understand that many companies prohibit the use of telecommunications equipment during working hours for one or two other reasons. But the thing to note is the "PROHIBITED TIME REST" Oh, my God. What kind of rule is this if caught playing then the employee who is caught will be in SP 1 and confiscated cellphones for a week (Yep a week like school children) Actually, there are many rules or company policies of PT. Very strange CNC, but due to time constraints and the review column I think this is enough. Remember! A company is nothing more like an organization and a healthy organization is an organization that cares for each other, communication from various directions top to bottom or bottom to top I hope this review is read by the managerial level of the company and even the company's HR so that they immediately revise these tough policies. Give us a relevant policy!
