The quality of the wifi is so bad, one day I have to try and restart the router.. Paying for wifi doesn't feel like wifi ️?♂️

Dari proses pemasangan yang 1 bulan setelah pembayaran dan tentu saja tidak ada konfirmasi apapun dari perusahaan walaupun Saya hubungi bolak balik ke berbagai PIC
Dan dugaan Saya benar, sejalan dengan payah nya proses pemasangan nya, proses tanggapan keluhan lebih luar biasa, email 4 kali + Telepon 40 kali ke contact yang tercantum sama sekali tidak tersambung dengan contact center, Dan hebatnya lagi Telepon nya diangkat namun tersambung ke nada tunggu dan tidak berhasil berbicara dengan siapapun
Teman2 pernah dengan provider merah yang koneksi dan call center nya yang payah? Ini lebih dari itu, save your money on another provider and believe me, you will thanks me later (oh iya, pas Saya telat dipasang dan sepertinya banyak yang senasib dengan Saya protes di Instagram, kolom komentar Instagram nya di matikan oleh admin)
Worst ISP I've ever used
From the installation process which was 1 month after payment and of course there was no confirmation from the company even though I contacted back and forth to various PICs
And my guess is right, in line with the difficulty of the installation process, the complaint response process is more extraordinary, email 4 times + Phone 40 times to the contact listed is not connected to the contact center at all, And the great thing is the phone is picked up but connected to a waiting tone and couldn't talk to anyone
Have you ever had a red provider with poor connection and call center? It's more than that, save your money on another provider and believe me, you will thanks me later (oh yes, when I was installed late and it seems that many people have the same fate as me protesting on Instagram, the Instagram comment column was turned off by the admin)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After GIG collapsed, i moved to centrin, already 1 month passed since i paid wifi installation fee and 1 month subscription, still nobody come to install it, i understand that all are busy, but where is customer service? nobody reply my calls and my massages? So disrespectful and unprofessional!! All i need is some explanation!!
I work online n internet is so vital for my carrier but they took the money n hold me in the limbo!
Wish i could give 0!!

update:
they installed my wifi, and i have to say its horrible!!!!
after 2 months waiting they gave me this garbage!!
you can see from the photo i attached
guys if you read this plz save your money for another provider!
you pay but they dont respect you, i called customer service but nobody talk to me
after that i decided to move to another provider, hopefully they respect the customer more!
