Awalnya pelamar mendapatkan panggilan interview ke PT. Central Motor. Pada saat interview dijelaskan bahwa bidang usahanya penyedia spare part kendaraan bermotor. Mereka akan info pelamar lolos tahap administrasi. Tahap selanjutnya akan dilakukan traning dengan uang biaya sebesar 800rb, diinfokan uang ini untuk pembuaan reakening bank, seragam traning, dll. Setelah melakukan pembayaran, pelamar diminta untuk menunggu dan bertemu dengan atasan/manager/direktur PT. Central Motor untuk penempatan kerja.
Tapi penempatan kerja yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan posisi yang dilamar/diinfokan diterima/lolos tahap administrasi. Karyawan perusahaan ini akan mengarahkan hingga mengintimidasi untuk menerima posisi pekerjaan yang ada seperti sales, kasir, karyawan cafe, babysiter dan lainnya yang lokasinya semakin jauh dari tempat domisili pelamar kerja. Pelamar diminta untuk ke lokasinya sendiri untuk interview lagi.
Point Penting.
1. Jika ini perusahaan outsorcing seharusnya diinfokan pada profile perusahaan di awal.
2. Nama PT. Central Motor tidak sesuai untuk nama perusahaan outsorcing.
3. Pada gedung/bagungan kantor yang digunakan tidak ada plang/tulisan besar dengan nama PT. Central Motor. Disebutkan pada sms/wa untuk bertanya pada satpam MSA Kargo untuk ditunjukkan kantor tempat interview. Ini berati sudah masuk penipuan yang terorganisir, banyak melibatkan orang.
4. Uang 800 yang sudah dibayarkan untuk biaya traning tidak dapat dikembalikan dengan berbagai macam alasan. Karyawan PT. Central Motor akan tetap mengarahkan hingga mengintimidasi untuk menerima posisi yang ada (belum pasti keberadaannya).
Semoga info ini bisa membantu dan mengurangi jumlah korban penipuan.

Employees of this company will lead to intimidation to accept existing job positions such as sales, cashiers, cafe employees, babysitters and others whose locations are further away from the domicile of job applicants. Applicants are asked to go to their own location for another interview.
Important point.
1. If this is an outsourcing company, it should be informed on the company's profile at the beginning.
2. Name of PT. Central Motor is not suitable for the outsorcing company name.
3. In the office building / building used there is no large sign / sign bearing the name PT. Central Motor. Mentioned on the sms / wa to ask the security guard MSA Kargo to be shown the office where the interview. This means organized fraud, involving a lot of people.
4. The 800 money that has been paid for training fees cannot be returned for various reasons. Employees of PT. Central Motor will continue to direct until it is intimidating to accept the existing position (its whereabouts is not certain).
