β β β β β i am having difficulty contacting my agent who is supposed to be handling my uncle's retirement visa. i have tried to go through standard channels of communication but no one seems to be willing to assist me. there has been no reply or any update whatsoever
UPDATE: after i emailed your company i still got no reply. now they are trying to return our passport after 2 months. the visa on our passport is expired and they expect me to deal with the overstay myself? nobody in the company is responding to me now!

I contacted cekindo for assistance with B211A visas to Indonesia so we can stay in Bali legally for up to 6 months. The prices were the best I had seen and payable by credit card which was great. They answered all my endless questions and offered an abundance of knowledge with endless resources offered for all the travel requirements as well as quarantining in Jakarta

β β β β β Everything went perfectly! They were honest and upfront every step of the way with a very detailed timeline that came through exactly as they laid out.
We used Cekindo for our e-visas under the new Covid travel requirement B211A visas to enter Bali. They answered every question, constantly available with all of our concerns. They were honest in what was possible when other companies like Bali Visas were over promising and charging when the visa system was closed.
Pricing was very competitive, if not the lowest from what we had seen and they took credit card for payment which made us feel safer with the purchase.
They guided us on all the procedures including quarantine requirements, PCR tests, a list of hotels that are recognized by the authorities for quarantining with detailed direct contacts for each.
Excellent team all around and it seems they go beyond these visa services and also assist in other countries in the region. I wouldnβt consider anyone else!

β β β β β Approved!!! Our visas were approved on time and delivered as promised! We have received our B211A visas and are now doing our 5 day quarantine in a spacious one bedroom suite at a reasonable price. Waiting to get to Bali in a few days thanks to Cekindo!
