Kk I have never borrowed money at this PT or there is a loan arrears but, the name BI Checking is bad. Because this PT doesn't know whether this is the PT where the OJK comes from, how come the data is broken like this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apakah perusahaan masih beroperasi? KALAU YA Mohon dari pihak pemerintah yg memiliki wewenang mengenai perizinan tolong cabut izin perusahaan ini secepatnya. Karena perusahaan ini telah merugikan orang banyak. TERMASUK SAYA
Nama sy rusak di BI, sy tidak pernah pinjam apapun di perusahaan ini kok bs nama sy blacklist di BI. Sy Tau aja ga perusahaan ini.
Setelah bermohon KPR tiba2 nama sy rusak, akhirnya pihak bank membatalkan alasan nama sy diblacklist krn nama sy cacat di BI ulah perusahaan binatang ini

My name is damaged in BI, I have never borrowed anything from this company, how come my name is blacklisted in BI. I don't know about this company.
After applying for a mortgage, suddenly my name was damaged, finally the bank canceled the reason my name was blacklisted because my name was disabled in BI by this animal company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini Catur nusa sangat jelek dan tidak bertangung jawab. Perusahaan ini masih kerja sama dengan Traveloka. Dimana nama suami saya tiba2 col 5 dan selama ini tidak pernah merasa punya utang. Ketika di telusuri lagi nomor telpon yang tertera di web mereka langsung nyambung ke traveloka. Mohon pihak catur nusa atau traveloka untuk pertangung jawabannya karna saya merasa dirugikan dimana kita mau akad kredit di bca tadi gak bisa. Ketika coba dihubungi lewat traveloka hanya dibalas by email tanpa bisa ditemui satupun petugas resminya. Tau taunya per kemaren ada kolektor yang hubungi suami saya untuk lunasin hutang 9juta rupiah padahal kita tidak merasa punya utang. Pas email kembali ke traveloka untuk minta rincian tidak direspon sehingga suami saya mendatangi kantor catur nusa di jakarta tutup. Traveloka juga tutup. Saya mohon kebijakannya krn kita gak merasa ada utang sampai kolektor mengakui kalau banyak khasus yang sama. Dan disuruh langsung ke kntor traveloka. Kalau hal.ini sampai panjang saya akan lanjut ke OJk minta perlindungan konsumen. Dan melaporkan kalian balik
This is chess nusa very ugly and irresponsible. This company is still working with Traveloka. Where is my husband's name suddenly col 5 and so far he has never felt in debt. When traced again the phone number listed on the web they directly connect to traveloka. Please chess nusa or traveloka to take responsibility for the answer because I feel aggrieved where we want the credit contract at BCA, we can't. When trying to be contacted via traveloka, they only replied by email without being able to find any official officers. You know, yesterday, there was a collector who contacted my husband to pay off a 9 million rupiah debt even though we didn't feel like we had any debt. When the email returned to Traveloka to ask for details, it was not responded to so my husband went to the Nusa Chess Office in Jakarta, it was closed. Traveloka is also closed. I ask for the policy because we don't feel there is a debt until the collector admits that many have the same characteristics. And told to go directly to the traveloka office. If this goes on for a long time, I will proceed to OJk asking for consumer protection. And report you back

Nomor telepon yang anda hubungi jangan langsung nuduh punya kaitan dengan tunggakan di paylater traveloka . Pandemi ini udah buat bookingan travel sepi , jangan tambah memperkeruh suasana . Kalau orang yang anda cari tidak ada jangan di tuduh macam macam. Paham ! Kalau ngak paham biar di kasih arahan biar tahu hidup itu keras nyawa orang itu berharga jangan di anggap murah nyawa seseorang

Mohon klarifikasinya/ penjelasannya kok bisa nama saya masuk daftar kol-5 alias macet selama 2th sy baru mengetahui buln kmarin .Padahl sy tidak pernah merasa meminjam apapun dg perusahaan trsbt.Dengan adanya laporan anda ke OJK sy tidak bisa melakukn pengajuan kredit yg pertama kali dengan pihak BANK. Jika memang perusahaan tersebut punya SDM yg bagus mohon segera di selesaikn masalh kami ini. Dan jangam d anggap ringan permasalhn ini krn ini menyangkut dan merugikn banyak orang . Kiranya cukup ini dulu mohon untuk segera d tindak lanjuti terima kasih.

Please clarify/explain how can my name be on the list of Col-5 alias jammed for 2 years, I just found out last month. Even though I have never felt I borrowed anything from the company TRSBT. With your report to the OJK, I can't apply for credit for the first time with the BANK. If the company has good human resources, please solve this problem immediately. And don't take this issue lightly because it concerns and harms many people. Presumably this is enough first, please follow up immediately, thank you.
