Perangkat yang saya gunakan sudah bermasalah sejak diterima dari awal (lebih dari 1 bulan). Setiap usaha untuk meminta penjelasan selalu dilempar kemana-mana, tidak pernah ada solusi. Sangat merugikan bisnis saya.
Untuk calon merchant lain perangkat ini sangat tidak recommended.
Very bad service, not professional customer management. i am one of cashlez customers (incorporate with olsera). The device that I used has been in trouble since it was received from the start (more than 1 month). Every effort to ask for an explanation is always thrown everywhere, there is never a solution. Very detrimental to my business.
For other prospective merchants this device is not recommended.
