β β β β β Buang2 waktu mengikuti proses interview satu harian namun ketika ditanya status rekruitment tidak ada jawaban dari pihak hrd. Sangat mengecewakan.. :((
Waste of time following the one-day interview process but when asked about the recruitment status there was no response from the hrd party. Very disappointing.. :((

β β β β β Proses interview yg tdk akurat dan tdk sesuai performed kandidat. Seharusnya jika prioritas kandidat yg di terima adalah pengalaman perusahaan sebelumnya, kandidat tdk usah pake psikotes segala tapi yg hrs di tes keahlianny. Ini udh psikotes ampe setengah hr pas interview dipertanyakan tdk punya latar belakang perusahaan manufaktur. Org yg tdk punya pengalaman di perusahaan manufaktur belum tentu tdk bisa menjalankan keahlian di perusahaan manufaktur oleh krna itu makanya dibutuhkan tes keahlian bukan PSIKOTES.
The interview process is inaccurate and does not match the candidates' performances. If the priority of the candidate that is received should be the experience of the previous company, the candidate does not need to use any psychological test but who must be tested for expertise. This is already a psychological test until half the day when the interview is questioned without a manufacturing company background. People who don't have experience in manufacturing companies may not be able to carry out their expertise in manufacturing companies because that's why they need expertise tests instead of PSIKOTES.
