★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kesini untuk pembayaran terakhir dan pengambilan bpkp, pada saat telp di info bahwa pembayaran terakhir di kantor sekalian ambil bpkb, namun pada saat sampai ditempat ternyata pembayaran Hanya bisa menggunakan cash dan lokasi atm sekitar 50m.
Saran kedepannya tlg di info jk tdk bs menggunakan debit jadi uang cash bs dipersiapkan sebelumnya.

I came here for the last payment and the collection of BPP, when the phone was informed that the latest payment at the office was to collect BPPB, but when I arrived the payment was only able to use cash and ATM locations around 50m.
Suggestions going forward in the info if you can't use debit so cash can be prepared in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kacau pelayanan call center nya. Tutup aja gak usah pake ada call center kalau di telfon sibuk terus mau ext berapa juga. Gimana mau melayani customer dengan sepenuh hati kalau pelayanan seperti ini. Saya mau tanya bbn udah selesai belum saja ribet!! Orang biro jasanya aja udah info sudah selesai tapi dari otto sama sekali gak ada info. Sudah bayar mahal pelayanan buruk. Ni saya kasih lihat sudah berapa kali aja hub otto! ?
Screwed the call center service. Just close it does not need to use a call center if you are busy on the phone, want what ext.
