Tiap tanya sales kapan barang dikirim jawabannya selalu dilempar ke pabrik, masa customer harus cari tau sendiri ke pabrik lg tentang kapan barangnya dikirim???

Every time the sales ask when the goods are sent the answer is always thrown to the factory, how come the customer has to find out himself to the factory again about when the goods were sent ???
