pelayanan dari mulai security dan cs nya ramah kepada nasabah dan tamunya
kemarin kesini ketika ada job shooting dan sempat berinteraksi dengan para pegawai dan pimpinannya, semua nya juga meningglkan kesan yang baik, ketika ditanyakan mengenai bisnis dan produknya juga dijawab dan dijelaskan secara lengkap
kondisi fisik bangunnannya terawat dan kebersihannya juga diperhatikan dengan baik
dibagian belakang tersedia koperasi seperti mini mart yang pembayarannya bisa transfer melalui aplikasi yang bank bke bangun
melihat beberapa ruang lainnya seperti area serba guna, mushola, banking hall dan toilet nya benar benar terawat , bersih dan dijaga dengan baik

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teransferan saya belum masuk sedangkan tidak ada gangguan buat aplikasi seabank tidak episien dan tidak propisional ini aplikasi buat transferan sering banget ke tunda apa saya harus kompalin ke ojk dan lps atau datang ke cabang kantor buat ngelapor keluhan nasabah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ anak td co barang di shopee ga sengaja pake pembyaran sea bank dan mgkn nyoba pin berkali" , akun terblokir udh tlp berkali" ke nomer cs . lalu cs pas kirim otp hp nya ga masuk email , posisi tlp sy pakai satu hp mgkn kendala jaringan , tp setelah mati sy ga coba login ga bs login . dan tlp lg lalu dsruh tunggu 3hr . bs kah sy aktif kan akun ke cabang bank terdekat krna uang yang ada tsb ingin dipakai .. mohon bantuan ny .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya nasabah tabungan digital Seabank, saya pernah bertanya ke CS online dari aplikasinya jika saya ingin melakukan transaksi transfer yang melebihi limit saya di aplikasi bagaimana? Dan akhirnya CS online mengarahkan saya agar langsung transaksi di kantor offline Seabank. Namun begitu saya sudah datang ke kantor Seabank ternyata saya tidak bisa langsung melakukan transaksi RTGS out, saya disuruh menunggu untuk bertemu Relationship Manager(RM) dan juga uang baru bisa di transaksikan H+1. Pertama kali saya mau melakukan transaksi non tunai seribet ini. Seharusnya jika memang dari awal saya harus bertemu RM, CS online sudah langsung mereferensikan hal tersebut
