★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya baru saja interview disini, dan ini review nya menurut saya pribadi :
GOOD POINT :
1. Parking lot nya lega, space parkir nya luas ( mobil )
2. Plant nya bersih banget
3. Lobby bagus dan tertata rapih, bangunan nya juga ter'design dengan baik
4. Smoking area menghadap view luar, letak diatas, kantin bagus, rapih dan ada ruang olahraga santai nya ( tenis meja )
5. Taman depan nya bagus dan terawat
WEAK POINT :
1. parking lot motor agak sempit, trus kepanasan ( tanpa peneduh )
2. Mushola kecil, mungkin kalo jumatan harus keluar pabrik
3. Pabriknya di ujung blok, berbatasan langsung semak dan hutan mini.
Untuk pengalaman interview user, HRD dan GM menggunakan bahasa indonesia, kemudian d translate ke jepang.
Saya ada point khusus mengenai pengalaman interview dengan Quality dept head di perusahaan ini yang tidak bisa d buka secara umum, tp overall ini pt Bagus sih.

I just interviewed here, and here is my personal review:
GOOD POINT:
1. The parking lot is relieved, the parking space is wide (car)
2. The plant is very clean
3. The lobby is nice and neatly arranged, the building is also well designed
4. Smoking area facing outside view, location above, good canteen, neat and there is a relaxing sports room (table tennis)
5. The front garden is nice and well-maintained
WEAK POINT:
1. parking lot motor is rather narrow, then overheated (without shade)
2. Small mosque, maybe if the Friday must go out of the factory
3. The factory is at the end of the block, directly adjacent to the bush and mini forest.
For user interview experience, HRD and GM use Indonesian, then translate it to Japanese.
I have a special point about the interview experience with the Quality Dept. Head in this company which cannot be opened in general, but overall this is great.
