 No employees? Every x on the phone only an answering machine. The operator part can never connect at all.

As a covid-19 patient, I need vitamins and medicine but etiqa can't help anything. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pembayaran claim cukup lama..dari LOD yang sudah di tanda tangan tanggal 07 april katanya 14hari kerja pencairan..tapi sampai sekarang belum di transfer.. tidak profesional dalam janji dan pencairan dana claim cukup lama
Claim payment is quite long..from the LOD which has been signed on April 07, it says 14 days of work disbursement..but until now it hasn't been transferred .. unprofessional in pledging and disbursing the claim funds is quite long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ proses claim mobil lama, bertele2, no telp CS tidak ada yg angkat semua, beli asuransi di cermati.com gak murah 4.5jt ternyata TIDAK AUTHORIZED bengkel resmi, dpt list bengkel se jakarta, namun listingnya kira2 cuma 15 bengkel yang bisa terima untuk body repair, bingung kok bs beli etiqa ya gue, amit2, wow aja deh, ogah lagi, hati2 yaaaa cust semua, baca2 reviews dl deh udah gak bakal salah, br tau tnyt reviews rating etiqa jelek, kacauuuu. Dan lanjutan review saya, setelah 5hr kerja, gak juga berhasil keluar SPK.

And my review continued, after 5 days of work, it didn't work out of the SPK either.
