★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beli buku dari gramedia yang online.... Terus pengiriman cuma ada 1 yaitu ark Express... Udah 3 minggu ga dateng-dateng. Saya bingung kenapa gramedia mau kerja sama dengan jasa pengiriman barang yang mutunya SANGAT RENDAH seperti ini ya.. Mending diputus hubungan kerjasamanya daripada merusak citra gramedia. Udah di telepon berkali-kali, di email tetep gaada kabar. Selamat deh memperbaiki sistem kalian yang kacau balau
 Buy books from Gramedia online .... Then there is only 1 shipment, that is Ark Express ... It's been 3 weeks, it didn't come. I am confused why Gramedia wants to collaborate with a shipping service whose quality is VERY LOW like this. Have been on the phone many times, in the email but there is still no news. Congratulations on fixing your chaotic system

Barang baru sampe hari ke 15.
12 hari ngendon di depok. Akhirnya hari ke 13 ke tangerang, hari ke 15 sampe di kota saya. Setelah saya cerewetin semua CSnya, dari CS lazada, ARK via email maupun FB. Sampe2 kurir bilang, dr pusat maupun dr lazada konfirmasi paket saya harus segera diprioritaskan untuk di kirim.
Estimated 5-10 days until, it's been 12 days my goods are still in Depok. Not to go too ???

New items until the 15th day.
12 days in Depok. Finally the 13th day to tangerang, the 15th day arrived in my city. After I told all the CS, from CS lazada, ARK via email or FB. Until the courier said, from the center and from Dr. Lazada my package confirmation had to be prioritized immediately to be sent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semua komentar negatif itu memang benar adanya, silakan hubungi saya kalau ada pihak ARK Ekspress bilang ini komen dari kompetitor, entar saya kasih nomor pengirimannya yang sampe 2 minggu lebih gak pernah nyampe ke rumah dan bisa lihat statusnya apaan di situ biar tau ini ulasan asli. Beli di Gramedia, jadi gak bisa milih jasa lain. Lagian kayak gak ada kerjaan aja kompetitor ya ngulas beginian, emosi semua lagi. Orangnya mah kerja, buktiin kalo situ bener-bener compatible ama mottonya.
Kiriman saya katanya failed nyampe karena gak ada orang. HALOOOW , rumah saya itu warung yang hanya tutup jam 12 malem! Situ waras bilang tutup gak ada orang??!!
Kapok dah ah belanja di GRAMED, kalo masih pake jasa yang satu ini...
All of the negative comments are true, please contact me if there is an ARK Express saying this is a comment from a competitor, let me give you a delivery number that arrived in 2 weeks and never arrived at home and can see what the status is there to know this is an original review. Buy at Gramedia, so you can't choose other services. Besides like there isn't any work, competitors are reviewing things, emotions all again. The person is working, prove that there is truly compatible with his motto.
My shipment said it failed to arrive because there were no people. HALOOOW, my house is a shop that only closes at 12 PM! Situ Sane said close no one ?? !!
Kapok already shopping at GRAMED, if you still use this one service ...

Php in orang pake waktu estimasi , sampe waktu maksimal estimasi tetep aja ga sampe sampe tuh barang , gua mesen barang di akulaku tanggal 14 desember 2017 udah dikirim , waktu estimasi 7 hari , tapi sampe tanggal 23 desember 2017/sekarang , barang ga ada kejelasan sama sekali , anjing ! entah siapa yang salah , kurir atau perusahaannya , bisa jadi kurir yang malas mengantar hanya 1 barang dan dia menunggu barengan sekalian ngirim banyak barang , kalo ada yang ngomong kalo yang coment negatif itu pesaing ark xpress , itu tolol . jelas jelas disini kita konsumen yang merasaa kecewa sama pelayanan PT.Ark Xpress ! Katanya barang sampe 3 hari , jasa sebelah sampe lebih dari 5 hari , Ga kebalik tuh ? Ark Xpress malah yang bener bener buruk pengirimannya !! Apa mentang mentang di lazada/akulaku itu banyak barang yang free ongkir ? makanya kurirnya jadi males nganter cepet ? pikirin lagi deh lazada/akulaku kalo mau kerjasama sama pihak jasa yang begini macemnya ! mending JNE atau TIKI , biarpun bayar juga kami puas dengan pelayanannya !! cukup sekali aja pake akulaku sama ark xpress , kapok !
TAI DOG SHIPPING SERVICE! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu jasa Ekspedisi terlama yg pernah gw alami, dr awal input resi di sistem tgl 17 desember sampe tgl 21 status ga berubah, saat ditelepon Cs bilangnya paket belum di terima dr pihak lazada (sedangkan pihak lazada bilang barang sdh dikirim). Tgl 21 desember dini hari paket baru sampai di depok Station dan sampai tgl 22 ini status blm berubah (entah diapain tuh paket di gudang lama banget nyortir doang). Kalo tau gini mending gw jemput sendiri paket gw di gudang. Udah tgl 23 dan barang blm dikirim, gila paket ngetem dulu digudang, ini jasa pengiriman apa angkutan umum nunggu banyak baru diantar.. Gile parah parah parah lambat
One of the longest expedition services I have ever experienced, from the initial input receipt in the system on the 17th of December until the 21st status has not changed, when called Cs said the package had not been received by the lazada (whereas the lazada said the item had been sent). On the 21st of December the new package arrived at Depok Station and until this 22nd the status has not changed (I don't know what the package is at the old warehouse). If you know, I'd better pick up my own package at the warehouse. Already on the 23rd and not yet delivered, crazy old package was shed, this is what shipping services are waiting for the public transport to be delivered a lot.
