★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (1).Saya melakukan pembelian beberapa item produk aplus pada hari jumat tgl,05/08/2016 .dan melakukan pembayaran tunai melalu internet banking pada jam.14.57 dan 14.58 dan berkoordinasi dng ibu Grace sebagai Marketing APLUS.(2).Saya MEMAHAMI S.O.P PT.APLUS PACIFIC u/itu saya bersedia mengangkut sendiri dan sudah menyiapkan akomodasi sendiri u/mengangkut pembelian barang yg sudah saya. selesaikan pembayaraan.(3).Tetapi setelah berkoordinasi dng ibu grace,ibu grace menyatakan,menyanggupi akan membantu u/mengantar seluruh barang.dan ibu grace sudah mengirimkan surat tugas ke bag.GUDANG U/PENGIRIMAN HARI SABTU,PADA HARI SENEN HANAYA SEBAGAIAN PRODUK YG DIKIRIM (senen,08/08/2016 jam09.37 setelah saya telepon ibu grace menyatakan akan memberikan bukti surat tugas tersebut melalu telepon kepada saya,dengaan maksud u/meyakinkaan saya,bahwasanya benar apa yg sudah semua saya pesan produk tersebut akan dikirim seluruhnya).(3). Merujuk pd kronologis yg ada berarti semua barang pada hari jumat ibu grace yakin akan ketersediaan barang yg akan dikirim hari sabtu pagi dalam keadaan produk tersedia semua.(4).Kenyataaan nya barang yg terkirim pada hari senen hanya sebagian saja dng alasan barang yg lain stok digudang sdh habis dan baru akan diproduksi hari senen , kabar yg saya terima melalui w a pd hari senen jam11.53.logikanya barang yg saya beli sebenarnya belum diproduksi alias menjual barang yg belum ada.(5).MOHON U/MENJADI PERHATIAN BAGI MANAGEMEN PT.APLUS PACIFIC.untuk lebih berkomitmen dng SOP YG SDH ADA.(6).Sebelum tulisan ini saya muat melalui media kompas on line ,saya sudah berusaha u/dpt berkomunikasi dng Bpk.yudi, sungguh sangat mengecewakan jawaban yg diberikan bpk. yudi, bpk.yudi menjawab melalui sms,saya kutip sms bpk.yudi " Tolong jangan tlp terus pak.Bapak sangat mengganggu saya" sebenarnya saya amat ingin berkomunikasi dng bpk,yudi namun beliau tdk bersedia , saya sdh berulang kali telepon namun tdk di respon.(7).Sekali lagi Mohon u/Menjadi perhatian Management PT. APLUS PACIFIC, KEKECEWAAN INI SEMATA-MATA LEBIH PADA U/MEMPERBAIKI KONDISI PELAYANAN TERHADAP KONSUMEN. ,TERIMAKASIH.
(1). I purchased a number of aplus product items on Friday, 05/08/2016. And made cash payments via internet banking at 14.57 and 14.58 and coordinated with Mrs. Grace as APLUS Marketing. (2). I UNDERSTANDS PT. APLUS PACIFIC SOP for that I am willing to transport myself and have prepared my own accommodation to transport the purchases of goods that I have. complete payment. (3) .But after coordinating with Mrs. Grace, Mrs. Grace stated, undertaking will help to deliver all goods. YG SENT (Monday, 08/08/2016 at 09.37 after I called Mrs. Grace, stated that she would provide proof of the letter of assignment through the phone to me, with the intention to convince me, that it was true that all I ordered was that the product would be sent entirely ) (3). Referring to the existing chronology means that all items on Friday, Grace's mother are sure of the availability of goods that will be sent on Saturday morning in the condition that all products are available. (4). warehouse has been exhausted and will only be produced on Monday, the news that I received on Monday at 11:00 p.m. Logically the goods that I bought are actually not produced or sell goods that do not yet exist. (5). APPLICATION FOR BEING ATTENTION TO MANAGEMENT PT . APLUS PACIFIC. To be more committed with the SOP of SDG ADA. (6). Before I publish this article through the compass media on line, I have tried to communicate with Mr. Yudi, really very disappointing answers given by Mr. yudi, bpk. yudi answered via sms, I quoted bpk.yudi sms "Please don't keep on calling sir. Daddy is really bothering me" actually I really want to communicate with you, yudi but he is not willing, I have repeatedly called but not responded (7). Again, please concern PT Management. APLUS PACIFIC, THIS DISAPPOINTMENT IS MORE ABLE TO IMPROVE SERVICE CONDITIONS ON CONSUMERS. ,THANK YOU.
