Karyawan disana juga mau membantu dan mengajarkan saya bagaimana caranya mengerjakan sesuatu, seperti potong stok, nambah stok, cek barang, dll. Terima Kasih PT.  I want to share an internship experience at PT. Nusantara child brilliant, here I learned a lot of things, in terms of working speed, communication, tenacity, accuracy, and high concentration. Btw .. employees there also want to help and teach me how to do something, like cutting stock, add stock, check items, etc. Thank you PT. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenarnya ga mau nulis ini, tp karena udh ngerasain sendiri, mau share pengalaman aja.
Untuk yg mau kerja disini, mendingan dipertimbangin ulang. Untk peraturan2 anehny sdh direview sama tmn2 sblmnya. Ijazah & transkrip nilai ditahan. Klo msa percobaan (kyk saya dlu), klo mau mengundurkan diri, hrs habis masa kontrak, dan 1 bulan setelahny serahin tanda terima ijazah, dan nnti diinfo, kpn ijazah bisa diambil. Artiny mau mundur harus nunggu 3 bulan lebih, baru ijazah bisa diambil. Dan yg bikin kaget hrdnya bilang: "iya untuk pengurusan ijazah mmng agak lama, karena kita hrs ambil dulu di bank". Ijazah taruh dibank????. Silahkan nilai sendiri aja.
Selama masa training, harus stock opname, yg ga tau SO, itu ngecek in barang satu2, dan wajib hapalin SOP2, sehari 5 sop hrs hapal. Silahkan anda gambarkan sendiri..oiya namanya bukan PT Anak Nusantara Gemilang, tp PD Holy Maju :D
Actually, I don't want to write this, but because I have experienced it myself, I just wanted to share my experience.
For those who want to work here, better reconsider. The strange rules have been reviewed by friends before. Diplomas & transcripts on hold. If you are on probation (like me before), if you want to resign, the contract period must expire, and 1 month after that, submit a diploma receipt, and will be informed later, when can the diploma be taken. This means that if you want to resign, you have to wait more than 3 months, then you can take a diploma. And what surprised the hrd said: "Yes, it takes a long time to process the diploma, because we have to take it at the bank first". Diploma put in the bank????. Please judge for yourself.
During the training period, you have to take stock taking, those who don't know SO, check in items one by one, and must memorize SOP2, 5 soups a day must be memorized. Please describe it yourself... oh yes, the name is not PT Anak Nusantara Gemilang, but PD Holy Maju :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Email address official tidak ada, taukah anda cukup bayar bbrp dolar perbulan, email anda bisa jadi profesional. Dan untuk tes, kenapa tidak pakai zoom atau googleform maybe untuk mengisi. Masih ada penahanan ijazah? Aturan sekarang tidak boleh ada penahanan.
There is no official email address, you know you just have to pay a few dollars a month, your email can be professional. And for the test, why not use zoom or googleform maybe to fill it out. Is there still a diploma hold? The current rule is no detention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kerja disini dibagian purchasing hampir setahun banyak ilmu yang sudah didapatkan, bagaimana proses barang dibeli, didaftarkan SNI dan pembelian barang entah itu lokal maupun import. Diajarkan untuk displin, mengejar target dan memberikan hasil kerja yang terbaik. Kalo ada yang gak jelas bisa langsung tanya pasti dijawab dengan detail dan diajarin sampai bisa.
Untuk yang review negatif mungkin karena tidak bisa mengikuti aturan yang ada?
I have worked here in the purchasing department for almost a year. I have gained a lot of knowledge, how to process goods to be purchased, registered with SNI and purchase goods, whether local or imported. Taught to be disciplined, pursue targets and give the best work results. If something is not clear, you can directly ask questions, they will be answered in detail and taught until you can.
For the negative review, maybe because you can't follow the existing rules?

Juga atasan yang rekan kerja yang sangat peduli satu sama lain. Owner yang suka kasih izin untuk adain kegiatan-kegiatan yang seru misalnya jalan-jalan, nonton bioskop bareng. Terus galupa juga owner yg suka kasih motivasi-motivasi sama karyawannya.
Setiap perusahaan punya peraturan masing-masing. Kalo misalnya kita orang yg waras, kita gaada berani banding-bandingin perusahaan satu dengan perusahaan lainnya.
A company that teaches a lot of positive things. Such as punctuality, discipline, perseverance, willing to learn new things, and many other things actually. Also superiors who are co-workers who really care about each other. Owners who like to give permission to hold exciting activities such as traveling, watching movies together. Don't forget the owner who likes to give motivations to his employees.
Every company has its own rules. For example, if we are sane people, we don't have the courage to compare one company with another.
