★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peraturan kerjanya gk jelas ada yg masuk jam 6 bagian finishing tp pulang sama spt yg masuk jam 7:15 pulang jam 6 kadang lembur smp jam 7, kerja disini dilarang sakit apalagi karyawan baru walaupun sebelumnya kerja kita bagus dikasih sakit 2 hari aja langsung dipecat gk ada toleransinya sm sekali namanya sakit kan gk tau kapan datangnya, padahal gaji sesuai, sabtu minggu libur. Dan ada bagian finishing yg leadernya galak banget istirahat cuma dikasih sekali padahal kan harusnya 2× siang sore udah gitu kerjaannya bentak2 gebrak2.
The work rules are not clear, there are those who enter at 6 in the finishing section but go home the same as those who enter at 7:15, go home at 6, sometimes overtime until 7 o'clock, working here is prohibited from getting sick, especially new employees, even though previously we worked well, we were given sick for 2 days, right? there is a tolerance at all, the name is sick, you don't know when it will come, even though the salary is appropriate, Saturday and Sunday are off. And there is a finishing section where the leader is very fierce, only taking one break, even though it should have been 2x in the afternoon, already, the work is snapping loudly.
