★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place located accross to Gajah Mada Plaza, Ruko Gajah Mada to be exact, beside Ketapang Street. It is located behind the Chinese Food Restaurant. For a new comer, sometimes it is quite hard to find the place because the place itself located at the back side of the area. But you can just find it easily because of the color of the office, red. You can reach this place using conventional ojek, online transportation or just simply to take TransJakarta corridor 1 and stop at Sawah Besar Shelter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It takes nearly 2 weeks from the slow respond enquiring the product till delivering the product. I contacted this company from the Brother website as they are one of the Brother distributors in Jakarta. The service is very awful especially they are also engaged in online shop, which requires a quick respond and fast delivery on the products. This is the first time and it will be the last time I deal with this company.
