ditelpon tidak ada yang angkat dari jam 8 sampai jam 9.30 pagi, keterangan buka dari jam 7.30. Mau pengaduan air mati jadi tidak bisa, sampai lapor ke aetra pusat. Padahal urgent pagi-pagi air mati banyak yang mau pakai.Sungguh mengecewakan sekali

Kepada Yang Terhormat direksi PT Aetra Jakarta Utara, tolong pelayanan di daerah kami lebih ditingkatkan sudah sekitar 3 mingguan (Minggu kedua bulan Maret 2022) di daerah kami (Jl.F GG.K Rawa Badak Utara, Kecamatan Koja, Jakarta Utara RT 003/05) airnya tidak normal/mati. Terkadang kami harus bangun tengah malam untuk menyelang (air) itupun kalau dapat, kalau tidak dapat kami harus mendorong gerobak (air) 3-4 kali untuk keperluan mandi dsb. Kami tujukan kepada siapapun yang membaca tulisan ini baik masyarakat umum/karyawan Aetra itu sendiri mudah-mudahan dibaca/ditindak lanjuti pengaduan ini. Kami ucapkan terimakasih.
Dear Directors of PT Aetra Jakarta Utara, please improve our service in our area for about 3 weeks (second week of March 2022) in our area (Jl.F GG.K Rawa Badak Utara, Koja District, North Jakarta RT 003/05 ) the water is not normal/dead. Sometimes we have to get up in the middle of the night to hose (water) and even then if we can, if we can't we have to push the cart (water) 3-4 times for bathing purposes and so on. We address to anyone who reads this article, both the general public/Aetra employees themselves, hopefully this complaint will be read/followed up. We would like to express our gratitude.
