Kita berbagi pengalaman yang saya rasakan jika kalian bingung mencari BUJP yang bisa menaungi dan mensejahterakan anggota dengan cara :
1. Penggajian minimal standard UMR sesuai dengan aturan Kemnaker
2. System gaji secara Payroll .
(Nggak ada cerita nya lagi gaji selalu bergeser tanggal dengan alasan Human Error)???
3. BPJS Ks dan BPJSTKU selalu tepat pembayaran
4. lemburan PH dibayar sesuai aturan Kemnaker
5. Kepedulian perusahaan terhadap anggota sangat baik
6. Dsb
Nih saya referensikan PT ADITYA MANDALA SAKTI , surganya anggota satpam seluruh Indonesia. Jujur saya sudah mengenal beberapa BUJP yang lainnya, cuma menurut saya saat ini paling nyaman saya bekerja di PT Aditya Mandala Sakti karena Gaji dan Kesejahteraan mantap... ???

We share my experience if you are confused about finding a BUJP that can protect and prosper members by:
1. Minimum standard wage of UMR in accordance with the rules of the Ministry of Manpower
2. Payroll system salary.
(There is no story anymore, the salary always shifts the date for the reason of Human Error)???
3. BPJS Ks and BPJSTKU always have the right payment
4. PH overtime is paid according to the rules of the Ministry of Manpower
5. The company's concern for members is very good
6. Etc
Here I refer PT ADITYA MANDALA SAKTI, a paradise for security guards throughout Indonesia. Honestly, I've known several other BUJPs, but I think that right now I'm most comfortable working at PT Aditya Mandala Sakti because the salary and welfare are steady... ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhmdllah selama saya bergabung dan bernaung di PT.AMS (aditya mandala sakti) kurang lebih 3 th. Saya mendapat ilmu,pengetahuan dan kebersamaan. Baik ilmu dari unsur pimpinan AMS,TNI maupun POLRI. ILmu yang saya dapat baik meliputi 1. ( turjawali ; pegaturan,penjagaan,pengawalan dan patroli) 2. Pengetahuan meliputi ( sop,prinsip,pbb dan tptkp; tindakan pertama tempat kejadian perkara ). 3. Kebersamaan meliputi berbagai macam suku,ras maupun agama walaupun berbeda tetapi 1 jua (bineka tunggal ika). Dan untuk fasilitas dari PT.AMS sudah standar UMR meliputi baik dari 1.UMK 2.BPJS 3.JKN yang sesuai prosedur dan profesional. Jadi bagi anda yang sedang mencari pt yang tepat di sini tempatnya PT.AMS (aditya mandala sakti). Terima kasih AMS saya sudah menjadi bagian dari team dan kluarga skligus tempat bernaung. Alhmdllah as long as I joined and took shelter at PT.AMS (Aditya Mandala Sakti) for about 3 years. I got knowledge, knowledge and togetherness. Good knowledge from the leadership elements of AMS, TNI and POLRI. The knowledge that I get includes 1. (turjawali; regulation, guard, escort and patrol) 2. Knowledge includes (soup, principle, UN and tpkp; first action at the scene of a case). 3. Togetherness includes various ethnic groups, races and religions even though they are different but one (bineka Tunggal ika). And for the facilities from PT.AMS, the UMR standard includes both 1.UMK 2.BPJS 3.JKN according to procedures and professionals. So for those of you who are looking for the right pt, here is the place for PT. AMS (Aditya Mandala Sakti). Thank you AMS, I have become part of the team and family as a place to take shelter.
