β β β β β Saya bukan penumpang tp pengguna jalan. Hari ini mobil saya hampir tersenggol body belakang bus di jalan tol jagorawi karena pengemudi bus ugal2an. Bis Adi buzz yg saya ga inget plat no nya (saking shock).
Mobil saya dan suami ada di jalur 2, kanan.. di jalur 3 (kiri) di depan kami ada mobil avanza silver. Tiba2 dengan kecepatan tinggi Adi buzz lewat di sebelah kiri mobil saya.. (jalur 3) dan berada di belakang mobil avanza silver. Karena mobil avanza agak lambat, si bus bermaksud menyalip mobil avanza tetapi jaraknya dr mobil kami sangat pas. Saking dekatnya jarak , si bus sampe oleng!!!!
Kami shock. Bagian belakang bis hampir menyenggol mobil kami. Suami saya membunyikan klakson mobil sekencang kencangny, tp si bis malah makin ngebut, kabur ke jalur paling kanan (jalur 1), lalu menyalip bbrp mobil, pindah lagi ke jalur 2.
Benar2 perilaku ugal2an yg TIDAK BERTANGGUNG JAWAB. Semoga driver nya mendapat balasan!!!!
I am not a passenger but a road user. Today my car almost hit the back of the bus on the Jagorawi toll road because the bus driver was reckless. Adi buzz bus which I don't remember the plate number (so shocked).
My husband and I's car is in lane 2, right... in lane 3 (left) in front of us there is a silver Avanza car. Suddenly at high speed Adi buzz passed to the left of my car (line 3) and was behind the Avanza silver car. Because the avanza is a bit slow, the bus intends to overtake the avanza but the distance from our car is very right. The distance was so close, the bus wobbled !!!!
We're in shock. The back of the bus almost hit our car. My husband honked his car horn as hard as he could, but the bus was even more speeding, fled to the far right lane (line 1), then overtook several cars, moving again to lane 2.
Truly irresponsible behavior. I hope the driver gets a reply!!!!

β β β β β Naik ini tujuan Jakarta - Cilacap, buset dah, di jadwal jam 7 malam, sampe jam 10 malem bisnya aja nggak dateng ? gak jelas banget jamnya nggak sesuai, bilangnya dapet makan minum tapi gaada, rute juga nggak sesuai, di jalan masih naikin penumpang, agennya gak jelas, mantep banget pokoknya gaada obat, hehe, pikir-pikir lagi deh kalo mau naik, semoga ada evaluasi ke depan buat perbaikan
This ride goes to Jakarta - Cilacap, damn it, on the schedule at 7 pm, until 10 pm the bus just didn't come ? it's not really clear the time is not right, they say they can eat and drink but there's nothing, the route is also not suitable, on the road still taking passengers, the agent is not clear, it's really good, there's no medicine, hehe, think again if you want to go up, hopefully there will be an evaluation in the future for improvement

β β β β β Pelayanan kurang memuaskan, sopir dan kernet masih merokok di dlm kabin, walaupun jendela depan di buka tetep aja masih bau asap rokok. Sandaran tangan byk yg patah, jadi kurang nyaman.
The service is not satisfactory, the driver and the assistant are still smoking in the cabin, even though the front window is opened it still smells of cigarette smoke. Many armrests are broken, so it's not comfortable.

β β β β β Manajemen sangat buruk dan sangat perlu dibenahi!!!!!
Jalur Wonosobo-Bogor, pesan 4 seats dan ternyata satu nomor ada 2 tiket yang sama. Akhirnya dengan terpaksa harus mengalah, dan ternyata kasus yang sama juga terjadi di penumpang lain di terminal yang sama.
Agen mengiyakan semua jalur penumpang bogor, tangerang, Jakarta,dll di satu bus yang sama, dan tidak ada koordinasi dan rute yang jelas antara agen dan supir. Banyak penumpang Bogor yang kesiangan dan akhirnya turun di banyak terminal Cibubur, Kp.Rambutan, Ps.Rebo, dan Lb.Bulus yang awalnya harusnya rencana turun di Bogor.
Agen dan supir/kernet saling serang dan menyalahkan ketika penumpang komplain, dan supir/kernet merokok hampir di banyak kesempatan dan bahkan memberikan kesempatan kepada penumpang untuk merokok di seat kernet.
Sangat disayangkan pendatang baru yang harusnya memberikan warna dan pilihan moda baru, namun ternyata belum siap untuk berkompetisi dengan P.O yang lainnya.
Note:
Plusnya: jarak antar seats termasuk yang lumayan luas, ada toilet, ada teh+kopi gratis
Mudah-mudahan manajemen bisa berbenah dan menjadi lebih baik.

On the Wonosobo-Bogor route, ordered 4 seats and it turned out that in one number, there were 2 of the same tickets. Finally, they were forced to give in, and it turned out that the same case also happened to other passengers at the same terminal.
The agent confirmed that all passenger lines in Bogor, Tangerang, Jakarta, etc. were on the same bus, and there was no clear coordination and route between the agent and the driver. Many Bogor passengers overslept and ended up getting off at many terminals in Cibubur, Kp. Rambutan, Ps. Rebo, and Lb. Bulus, which were originally planned to disembark in Bogor.
The agent and the driver/kernet attack each other and blame each other when the passenger complains, and the driver/kernet smokes almost on many occasions and even gives the passenger the opportunity to smoke in the seat of the kernet.
It's a shame that newcomers should provide new colors and choices of modes, but in fact they are not ready to compete with other P.O.
Notes:
Pluses: the distance between the seats is quite wide, there is a toilet, there is free tea + coffee
Hopefully the management can improve and become better.
