 The place and atmosphere is comfortable, the psychologist is friendly and easy to talk to.. a lot of people can also get input on how to teach, train and guide children.. after applying it every day, children have many positive changes.. thank you for the input ??

2 Psychologists are friendly and patient in assisting their clients. The steps / stages of testing, counseling, and training are clear, sequential, and easy to understand. Not only for me, but also for my friends who have had the opportunity to use the services of Mba Dian & Mba Mia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kakak2 Psikolognya ramah sekali dan bisa bikin anak betah dan nyaman bahkan pulang dengan ceria. Penjelasannya juga cukup jelas dan mudah dimengerti. Tempat yang tepat kalau butuh konsultasi terkait perkembangan dan pendidikan anak.
The psychologists are very friendly and can make children feel at home and comfortable and even go home cheerfully. The explanation is also quite clear and easy to understand. The right place if you need consultation regarding the development and education of children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Memutuskan untuk ketemu Mba Dian pada Februari 2019. Sebuah keputusan yang sangat tepat tentunya. Kalau diingat-ingat lagi dengan pengalaman yang dialami dan bertarung dengan diri sendiri, rasanya tidak akan mampu melewatinya kembali. Selama proses healing tersebut, aku dipandu oleh Mba Dian. Dengan sabar mendengarkan keluh kesah dan mengulik jalan pikiranku. Sejak saat itu, aku mulai aware dengan kesehatan mental. Masih rutin ketemu Mba Dian sampai saat ini, pertemuan terakhir Januari 2021. Kalau ditanya perubahan yang didapat, WAH sangat besar. Kesehatan mental itu sebanding dengan kesehatan fisik. Ga ada debat. Terima kasih Mba Dian sudah memandu dan menemani proses selama ini. Lokasi konsultasi nya memang jauh, tapi suasana Bogor selalu oke untuk bercerita. Mba Dian dan Mba Mia kombinasi Psikolog yang bagus banget.
Decided to meet Mba Dian in February 2019. A very right decision of course. If you think back to the experiences you have experienced and fight with yourself, it seems that you will not be able to go through it again. During the healing process, I was guided by Mba Dian. Patiently listening to complaints and exploring my thoughts. Since then, I have become aware of mental health. Still regularly meeting Mba Dian until now, the last meeting was in January 2021. When asked about the changes, WAH was very big. Mental health is comparable to physical health. No debate. Thank you Mba Dian for guiding and accompanying the process so far. The location for the consultation is far away, but the atmosphere in Bogor is always good for telling stories. Mba Dian and Mba Mia a very good combination of psychologists.

Begitu masuk pun.. apalagi waktu dibimbing-diguide (apapun itu istilahnya) sama duo psikolog Peppermint: yg utamanya sih kebutuhan utk didengarkan terjawab. Buat saya, mereka jago utk mengambil poin dr apa yg kita sampaikan/cari. Abis itu insight2 kita bs bawa pulang tanpa merasa dihakimi, malah tercerahkan. Duo Peppermint ini, dua org yg di antara mereka saling respect dan bs saling mengeluarkan keunggulan masing2 saat berkolaborasi. Just from the name, "Peppermint Room" already feels cool. Even as soon as you enter... especially when you are being guided (whatever the term is) by the psychologist duo Peppermint: the main thing is that the need to be heard is answered. For me, they are good at taking points from what we convey/look for. After that, we can take our insights home without feeling judged, even enlightened. This Peppermint duo, two people who respect each other and can bring out their respective advantages when collaborating. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first met Mba Dian in 2019, when I was taking my master degree in one of notable universities in Indonesia. My office mate recommended me to meet Mba Dian since I was having a depression at that time. Although it was my first time meeting Mba Dian, it really felt like I have known her for quite a long time, like an older sister. She listened to all my stories, problems, and feelings patiently, without making any judgments at the beginning. When I was done with my stories, she began to explain me the root cause of my depression, slowly one by one. Mba Dian really helped me to understand what was going on with myself, what causes that were making me feeling so depressed for the past few years. Moreover, she also gave me 'homework' to do, in the hope that I could understand myself better, maintain and reduce my depression step by step. Consulting with Ruang Peppermint, esp. Mba Dian, was one of the right choices that I have made in my late twenties. I feel so much better and alive right after met and consulted with Mba Dian through Ruang Peppermint. Keep up the good work, Mba Dian and Mba Mia through Ruang Peppermint! Your both presences are so much needed and a blessing, especially for those who are having a hard time and struggling with their mental health issues. I also would like to say thank you, because without Ruang Peppermint, I might have never been feeling so alive.
