★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is so clean but staff are not professional. They were asking me to call the immigration just because i want to do simple urine rest!! And after finally making the test i was told that results will be sent at 5 but they sent it at 7 and in bahasa language only although i told them i want it in English. Only one nurse called Marie is professional but others are going there just for fun i think. In general biomedica is much better and more professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at very strategic area. Easy to visit either by private or public vehicles. There is a RS Tarakan busway stop near it, can be reach by 3 - 5 minutes on foot. Lack of parking space here, recommend to park at RSUD Tarakan parking space in front of Prodia Building. The staffs here practicing Covid19 safely protocols. Using a mask dan hand sanitizer is a must. The waiting room is very cozy and comfortable. There is a nice coffee / tea corner here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My last visited to this prodia disappoint me from the previous experience that I had with this Service Provider (in the other city). The CS reject my reference letter and inform me that I cannot take their service after 1 hour queue,a nd should go to the other Prodia branch. Well, before I came to this Prodia, I also call the Prodia Costumer Care and they confirmed that we can take any Prodia branch as long as we came with the reference Letter. Instead that they try to confirm with other Prodia team, I push myself to call the sales team and finally help me to convince the Prodia Cideng that I can get their service. The costumer service is not good, she treat the costumer based on gender differently. But thanks to the medical staff, I met the kindness and friendly one. No wonder, the senior do have more experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took package of MCU here since its less crowded then other branches.yet EKG staff busy looking for roll paper back, also put the sticky wire on your body very harshly n others busy talking on the phone instead examine the patient. Do not recommended for MCU here no standby USG doctor risking your delicate organ to not dependable staff ia too risky.not too mention parking spot.still have to go to other prodia branch for taking part of examination. RIBET
