★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya beli ban di proban via tokopedia disitu tertera gratis pasang di toko proban mana aja, ga taunya saat pasang di toko proban saya kena ongkos pasang mahal. Masa cairan yg cuma 36rb saya ditagih 100rb alesannya sama ongkos pasang... Jangan beli lagi dah di proban kapok
 I bought tires at Proban via Tokopedia, it says free installation at any Proban store, I don't know when I installed it at Proban Shop, I got expensive installation fees. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama datang langsung disambut oleh teknisi yg sedang bekerja. Sigap dan solutif, dari mulai nyales, masang ban, eh sampai jadi kasir yg bisa operasiin mesin edc dan posnya.
Pas saya todong minta struk eh diinfo sudah tidak ada opsi cetak dan mempersilakan foto bukti transaksi ?
Supaya jadi notice buat pemilik, entah karena memang bagian kasir lagi berhalangan atau utk tujuan efisiensi sampai teknisi super bisa kerjain semua.
Tapi saya gak akan komplain keras andai struk di print, karena struk jadi bukti kita transaksi sah dan pegangan konsumen, bisa buat cek dan bukti misal reimburse ke kantor.
Kalau misal ada opsi digital masih mending, ini nggak ada juga, jadi kemana konsumen harus menagih haknya?
Untuk kurang lainnya terlalu upsell, niat beli ban di tawarin paket lain cairan anti bocor. Dan menyalahkan cairan ini kalau gak beli jadi penyebab kerusakan ban ?
Semoga saran dan masukan saya bisa jadi pembenahan kedepannya ya ? Sukses selalu buat proban ?
