-Merubah design rumah tanpa adanya pemberitahuan ke konsumen
-Kualitas bangunan buruk ( keramik pecah, dinding banyak yg retak , tutup septictank mudah jebol )
- tidak dibuatkan gerbang perumahan
- Tidak ada fasilitas umum atau sosial ,
- Janji sungai mau dibuatkan pembatas tidak direalisasi ,
- Banyak pungli
- Jalan utama rusak parah

-Change house design without notification to consumers
-The quality of the building is poor (broken ceramics, many walls are cracked, the lid of the septic tank is easy to break)
- No housing gates were made
