Tanggal 18 Feb 2021 tepatnya sore hari saya dapat telepon untuk interview menggunakan google meet yang dijadwalkan ditanggal 19 Feb 2021 jam 13.00. Dan setelah saya cek email, benar saya mendapatkan undangan interview via google meet (diberikan linknya juga untuk join) ditanggal yg telah disampaikan via telepon. Di email diinfokan mohon konfirmasinya dengan membalas email beserta lampirkan form biodata yang telah diisi.
Malamnya saya reply email tersebut beserta saya lampirkan form biodata yang telah saya isi.
Setelah keesokan harinya, ditanggal saya interview 19 Februari 2021 tepat pukul 13.00 saya sudah standby dan sudah join namun tidak diangkat atau tidak ada yang terima joinan saya.
Oke, saya masih berfikir positif. Mungkin belum siap atau ada masalah lain.
Saya berusaha join lagi dan join lagi.. hasilnya sama tidak direspon.
Saya inisiatif untuk telepon ke kantornya, dan diangkat oleh receptionist, saya berpesan untuk bisa disampaikan ke bagian HRD yang mengundang saya di email bahwa saya sudah stanby dan sudah berusaha join tapi tidak direspon.
Receptionist info akan menyampaikan.
Oke. Saya tutup telepon, dan saya coba lagi join sampai jam setengah 2an namun hasilnya masih sama. Dan saya mencoba reply email ke HRD untuk memastikan apakah jadwal saya benar hari ini atau ada kesalahan ketik. Namun email itu sampai jam 17.28 tidak dibalasnya.
Setelah saya email, saya mencoba telp kembali ke kantor. Saya minta sambungkan ke HRD terkait karena saya ingin tahu apakah saya yang salah link atau memang HRD ada keperluan lain sehingga tidak merespon saya.
Receptionist info ternyata HRD tidak ditempat dan saya diminta untuk coba join dijam setengah 3. (Tapi kenapa HRD tidak menyampaikan ke saya atau balas email saya)
Oke.. fix saya sangat kecewa, karena HRD yang mengundang saya tidak memberikan penjelasan apapun.
Saya terima jika memang HRD sudah lebih dulu mendapatkan kandidat lain yang qualified. Tapi tolong Anda beri penjelasan dan bisa cancel saya. Jangan kandidat yang berinisiatif untuk mencari penjelasan kenapa diberikan undangan tapi setelah hadir Anda malah tutup pintu (diibaratkan seperti itu).
Cukup disaya saja kejadian seperti ini. Jangan terjadi dikandidat lain.
Saya juga seorang HRD tapi attitude saya tidak seperti itu.
Jika saya menundang kandidat, saya juga memposisikan diri saya sebagai seorang kandidat. (Yang tidak enak jika terlalu menunggu lama, yang tidak enak tidak ada kejelasan) hal itu yang saya sangat hindari, saya akan sigap jika kandidat yang saya undang sudah datang. Kalau memang tidak lolos, ya diinfokan. Tidak digantungkan atau diberikan ketidakjelasan.

Sorry, in my opinion the HRD is not professional. Why?
On February 18, 2021, in the afternoon, I got a phone call for an interview using Google Meet which is scheduled for Feb 19, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. And after I checked the email, it was true that I received an interview invitation via google meet (given the link to join) on the date that was submitted via telephone. In the email, please confirm it by replying to the email and attach the completed biodata form.
That night I replied to the email along with I attached the biodata form that I had filled in.
After the next day, on my interview date, February 19, 2021, exactly at 1:00 p.m. I was on standby and already joined but was not appointed or no one accepted my join.
Okay, I still think positively. Maybe not ready or there is some other problem.
I tried to join again and join again .. the result was the same and I didn't respond.
I took the initiative to call to his office, and was appointed by the receptionist, I ordered it to be conveyed to the HRD department who invited me in the email that I was standby and had tried to join but was not responded to.
Receptionist info will convey.
Okay. I hang up, and I try to join again until half past 2, but the results are still the same. And I tried to reply email to HRD to make sure my schedule was correct today or there was a typo. However, he did not reply to the email until 5:28 PM.
After I emailed, I tried to call back to the office. I asked to connect to the relevant HRD because I wanted to know if I was the wrong link or if the HRD had other needs so it didn't respond to me.
The receptionist info turned out that HRD was not available and I was asked to try to join at half past 3. (But why did HRD not deliver to me or reply to my email)
Okay .. fix I am very disappointed, because the HRD who invited me did not provide any explanation.
I accept that HRD has already obtained another qualified candidate. But please give an explanation and can cancel me. Don't be a candidate who takes the initiative to seek an explanation of why an invitation was given but after attending you close the door (likened to that).
It is enough for me to have an incident like this. Don't happen to other candidates.
I am also an HRD but my attitude is not like that.
If I invite a candidate, I also position myself as a candidate. (The bad thing is if you wait too long, the bad thing is there is no clarity) that is what I really avoid, I will be alert if the candidate I invite comes. If it does not pass, please be informed. Not hung or given obscurity.
Those are my criticisms and suggestions. Hope it can be accepted. thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon maaf, kemarin saya diundang interview jam 13.30 kurang lebih 40menitan sampai mau jam 14.30 tidak ada yg accept2 juga, diemail untuk konfirmasi apa ada perubahan jadwal atau gimana jg gadirespon. HRD nya kurang profesional. Sedih aja dapat undangan 3 wawancara yg waktunya bentrok dijam yg sama semua, terus milih untuk ikut interview di pt prisma ini tapi udah login lama tidak ada yg accept2 :') mohon dievaluasi untuk HR nya bila ada hal lain yg tidak memungkinkan utk lanjut proses imterview online baiknya diinfokan ke kandidat ?Terima kasih
Sorry, yesterday I was invited for an interview at 13.30, approximately 40 minutes until I wanted to be at 14.30, no one accepted either, emailed to confirm if there was a change in schedule or what, no response. HRD is not professional. It's sad to receive invitations for 3 interviews which clashed at the same time, all of them chose to take part in this interview at pt prism but have logged in for a long time no one has accepted :') please evaluate HR if there are other things that make it impossible to continue the interview process online it's best to inform the candidate ?Thank you
