★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ane twu tempat ini dari google, tapi ane kecewa datang kamis jam 3 sore buat jilid hard, bilangnya besok pagi selesai, ane datang jam 1 siang belom dikerjain, alesannya yang ngejilid lagi keluar, ane pulang dan dateng lagi jam 5 sore, tapi belom dikerjain baru jadi covernya doang, pegawainya malah maen hp!! Tolong tegur pegawainya dan jangan buat customer kecewa

Ane TWU this place from google, but ane disappointed coming Thursday at 3 pm for binding hard, told you in the morning finished, ane come at 1 pm Keith dikerjain, alesannya which ngejilid again out, ane home and coming soon at 5 pm, but have not dikerjain just finished the cover, the employee actually plays the cellphone !! Please reprimand the employee and don't disappoint the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngeprint buku MSDM hari Rabu Siang, janjian selesainya hari Kamis Siang. Saya datang hari Kamis Malam, bukunya belum di cover, karena alatnya rusak. Oke, mereka janji lagi besok paginya (Jumat Pagi jam 8 atau 9). Jumat saya datang siang jam 13.00, tapi yang pertama yang bikin saya kesel (dan sempet nangis karna bete juga), COVER SAYA BELUM SELESAI JUGA. Kedua, buku asli punya senior saya rusak ujung2nya (saya jadi dimarahin), ketiga, saya udah bilang saya telat kuliah dan butuh buku itu, mereka minta dp dulu kalau mau ambil buku itu.
MAS MBAK, saya ga kasih dp karna saya juga pengen kalian rasain ya apa yg saya rasain juga! Pikirannya kok duit. Mereka minta dp 50rb, saya maunya kasih 10rb sambil blg "SAYA PASTI AMBIL BUKUNYA. MAMA SAYA YANG AMBIL, SAYA UDH MALES KESINI LG." Tapi mereka masih maksa, dan singkat cerita, hari itu saya telat ke kelas 35 menit. Sorry, GA LAGI2 DEH KE INDAH PRINTING DI RAWAMANGUN! BAD!
