Hasil cetak tidak sesuai dengan ekspektasi. Saat mulai dicetak massal tidak ada konfirmasi sama sekali, tidak ada telpon, WA, ataupun email. Setelah hasil jadi, banyak kesalahan. Warna juga tidak sesuai. Saat dimintai tanggung jawab, mengelak dengan banyak alasan. Pihak marketingnya menghindar bertemu saya saat hendak dimintai ganti rugi. Hanya dipasang pihak CS sebagai "pagar" yang tidak bisa mengambil keputusan apa pun. Nilai perhitungan ongkos cetak sebelumnya yang dibebankan pun tidak sesuai, ada salah perhitungan. Saat diminta kembalikan juga tidak ada respons yang baik. Diskon yang diberikan sangat tidak sebanding dengan kerugian yang dialami. Saat berusaha tetap menjaga hubungan baik dan ingin mencoba cetak berikutnya, respons customer service sangat lambat. Ditelpon pagi, dijanjikan akan segera dijawab, saya menunggu sampai sore hari, itu pun belasan kali saya menelpon / WA tanpa balasan. Akhirnya setelah saya menegur keras melalui telpon lokal, barulah dijawab bahwa POD tidak bisa menyanggupi deadline yang diminta. Wah! Sangat membuang waktu, padahal hanya sekedar memberi info apakah sanggup cetak atau tidak sanggup cetak, perlu waktu lebih dari 10 jam dari pihak POD untuk menjawab! Kacau sekali koordinasinya! Not recommended. Cara berbisnisnya tidak mencerminkan tanggung jawab yang baik. Kalau kesalahan dari pihak POD, sewajarnya berani bertanggung jawab dan mengganti kerugian pelanggan, bukannya ingin untung sendiri. Bisnis itu menjaga nama, bukan hanya sekedar keuntungan uang. Kehilangan saya sebagai seorang customer mungkin tidak begitu berarti bagi POD, tapi percayalah, akan selalu ada customer lain yang mengalami seperti saya selama manajemen POD tidak mengubah kultur bisnisnya. 1 star from a very dissapointed customer. POD silakan menjawab dengan berbagai alasan untuk membela diri, tapi hasil cetak yang jelek tidak bisa berdusta.

The colors also don't match. When asked for responsibility, evade with many reasons. The marketing team avoided me when I was about to be asked for compensation. CS was only installed as a "fence" that could not make any decisions. The calculation value of the previous printing costs charged was not appropriate, there was a miscalculation. When asked to return is also no good response. The discount given is not worth the losses experienced. When trying to maintain good relations and want to try the next print, customer service response is very slow. Called in the morning, promised to be answered immediately, I waited until the afternoon, that was a dozen times I called / WA without reply. Finally, after I rebuked them on the local telephone, it was answered that the POD could not meet the requested deadline. Wow! It is a waste of time, even though it only gives information whether it is capable of printing or not capable of printing, it takes more than 10 hours from the POD to answer! What a coordination! Not recommended. How to do business does not reflect good responsibility. If it is the POD's fault, it is natural to dare to take responsibility and compensate the customer, instead of wanting to profit alone. The business keeps the name, not just profit for money. My loss as a customer might not mean so much to POD, but believe me, there will always be other customers who experience like me as long as POD management does not change its business culture. 1 star from a very dissapointed customer. POD please answer with a variety of reasons to defend yourself, but a poor print cannot lie.

Hasil print bagus sih. Tapi isinya agak mengecewakan. Seharusnya fullprint tapi malah dikasih margin pembates, padahal difile kmaren gak ada margin dan sengaja biar di fullprint sehalaman. Jadi kayak ada ruang kosong dipinggirnya gitu. Buat penjilidan juga agak kaget, cover ternyata di kiri bukan dikanan, soalnya komikku arah bacanya dari kanan ke kiri. Emang kmaren lupa bilang tapi tetep aja kecewa. Mau protes tadi tapi yg jaga tempat kasirnya udah main pergi aja. Sebelumnya juga ngechat kontak buat nanyain prosesnya kapan selesai tapi gak direspon, gak aktif malah. Jadi rasanya percuma mau hasil print sebagus apa tapi kalau hasil isi sama pelayanannya gini tetep aja ngecewain.

So it's like there's an empty space on the edge. The binding is also a bit shocked, the cover turns out on the left not on the right, because my comic is reading from right to left. You just forgot to say but still disappointed. I want to protest before, but the one who keeps the cashier's place is just playing away. Previously, I contacted the contact to ask for the process when it was finished, but it didn't respond, it wasn't even active. So it feels useless if the results of the print are as good as possible, but if the content results are the same, the service is still working.

simply horrible. I decided to get their publishing package for my "Back Mechanics" book translation. As per their online bundle price at the time, I paid the full amount in advance and the website at the time mentioned 10 day service. Its been over 2 months now since I gave them the word file and they haven't even finish properly editing it to the file they said is needed to be printed. I'm even talking about what they promise to include ISBN registration etc.
