★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah yg sangat nyaman ,Rumah menghadap ke timur dengan banyak jendela ,sirkulasi udara sangat bagus , pencahayaan juga bagus ,modern ,Bangunan premium kualitas terbaik ,puas sekali memiliki rumah ini ,saya membeli 1 unit rumah dan 1 unit kavling seharga 800 jt cash ,proses balik nama dan proses bangun kavling mungkin habis 150 jt an belum selesai...
Jika ambil di tempat lain dengan luas dan kualitas yg sama mungkin sudah milyaran ,karena sebelum saia memutuskan membeli rumah ini saia sudah dp beli rumah disepatan dengan harga 900 jt dengan luas yg sama hanya lebih di lantai 3 sudah di dak .Puas tidak ada sedikitpun penyesalan membeli rumah ini, saia menemukan keluarga baru disini ,tetangga yg baik ,lingkungan yg baik dan agamis ,sangat menentramkan untuk kehidupan saya dan perkembangan dan pergaulan anak anak saya . Sangat strategis ,ke pasar,ke rumah sakit ,ke sekolah sekolah dan ke pondok pesantren anak saya juga dekat ,kerumah tempat usaha purati juga dekat,dan bonus nya saia dekat dengan kaka dan adik saya juga ,hanya beberapa langkah saja ? . Memiliki rumah Primadona Residence adalah takdir terbaik yg Allah berikan untuk saya ??
