The place is okay but my car was serviced, it didn't get better, it got heavier and wasted fuel.. Maybe the mechanic didn't drink enough coffee

β β β β β Showroomnya lengkap, ada bengkel dan sparepart, lokasi mudah ditemukan, dekat Stasiun Mrt H. Nawi.
The showroom is complete, there are workshops and spare parts, the location is easy to find, near Mrt H. Nawi Station.

1. Tolong mekaniknya ditambahkan lagi orangnya agar bisa menampung banyaknya pengguna wulling yg ingin service, jadi ketika datang pengguna mobil tidak kecewa karena tidak bisa service dibengkel tersebut, saya secara pribadi kecewa ketika sudah datang tapi ga bisa service dan ga ada solusi.
2. Kenapa tidak ada spooring dan balancing, dimana2 bengkel resmi itu komplit
3. Part yang ingin diganti selalu tidak ready stok, manajemennya harus diperbaiki
Dear Wuling Workshop
1. Please add more mechanics so that they can accommodate the number of Wulling users who want service, so when they come, car users are not disappointed because they can't be serviced at the workshop, I was personally disappointed when they arrived but couldn't service and there was no solution.
2. Why is there no spooring and balancing, everywhere official workshops are complete
3. The part that you want to replace is always not ready stock, the management must be improved

-Kontak tlpnya byk, yg tertera di google ini klo qta mau service dia akan ngasi no CCO lain. Stlh di WA/tlp pun no tsb ga lgsg respon, sorenya br jwb WA qta.
-Akses msk agak membingungkan krn ada pembatas jln.
-Utk ke bagian service, mbl msk maupun mbl kluar melalui pintu yg sama, dan itupun tdk ada security yg jaga.
-SAnya cm ada 1 pdhal di hari Sabtu lmyn rame jd nunggu dilayaninya lmyn lama.
-Wifi ada di tiap lantai tp password yg dikasi itu tnyata ga bs connect.
-Mbak marketingnya kerjaannya dandan melulu ? Mnrt sy ini krg profesional krn dilakukan di meja penjualan terlht jls oleh customer.
+nya:
-Kasir+SA nya ramah, smua info maupun saran diberikan dgn baik n max.
-Ruang tggu ada di lt.1 maupun di lt.2 dgn fasilitas yg lmyn baik. Hanya utk snack/drink tdk byk, mgk jg krn pandemi ya.
-Tmp sangat bersih, termsk jg toiletnya.
-Montir bekerja scr max n cpt, mendahulukan tgsnya br istirahat shg pekerjaan service tdk terpotong jam istirahat.
-Mbl dpt fasilitas cuci (tp luarnya doank). Mgk bs ditingkatkan dgn cuci scr max body+dlm+mesin ?

-There are a lot of phone contacts, the ones listed on Google are if you want service, they will give you another CCO number. After that, even on WA/phone, the number doesn't respond right away, in the afternoon, answer WA QTA.
- MSK access is a bit confusing because there is a road barrier.
-To go to the service department, whether you enter or leave through the same door, and even then there is no security guard.
-Only there is only 1 even though on Saturday it's always busy so waiting for it to be served is a long time.
-Wifi is on every floor, but the password given can't actually connect.
-Ms. marketing only does makeup My manager is not professional because it is done at the sales desk, which is clearly visible to the customer.
+nya:
- The cashier + SA is friendly, all info and suggestions are given well n max.
-The waiting room is on the 1st floor or on the 2nd floor with very good facilities. Only for snacks/drinks, not many, maybe because of the pandemic.
- Tmp is very clean, including the toilet too.
-Mechanic works at max n fast, prioritizes duty before taking a break so that service work is not interrupted by rest hours.
-May get washing facilities (but only outside). Maybe it can be improved by washing the max body + inside + machine
