Saya merupakan customer setia prima fresh mart ruko bukit dago, rawakalong, gunung sindur, jawa barat.
Namun baru2 ini kami mengalami hal yang sangat tidak menyenangkan.
Saya membeli nuget dan kentang goreng dan sudah memastikan tgl exp.nya.
Lalu saat kami ingin menyantapnya.
Rasa nugetnya tidak seperti biasanya.
Rasanya sangat aneh, lembek, dan tidak pantas dijual.
Lalu saya cek kondisi nugetnya.
Ternyata warnanya sudah seperti tidak biasanya yg biasanya warnanya kuning.
Tp ini sudah kemerahan.
Nuget itu dibalur tepung roti.
Yg mana bila tepung itu terkena air(mencair) pasti akan lembab dan mengeluarkan warna kemerahan.
Kentangpun sama.
Itu ternyata jg pernah mencair dan mungkin dibekukan lg.
Jd rasanya aneh.
Lalu kami segera mengunjungi toko prima.
Lalu tiba2 kami disambut kurang baik.
Yg dimana ada penjaga toko laki2 yang sedang video calldan dengan jelas dy berbicara bahwa "kerja disini capek dan gw harus bersihin freezer tiap hari"
Dan dy masih terus video call dgn tmnnya tanpa menghiraukan pelanggan.
Dan karena saya mendengar percakapannya.
Saya tau alasan kenapa nuget dan kentang yg biasa saya beli rasanya berubah.
Lalu saya tegur.
Dengan mengemukakan keluhan kami.
Bahwa nuget yg saya beli rasanya gak enak.
Dengan enaknya dy bilang ia memang merek itu rasanya gak enak.
Lalu saya bilang.
Anda bilang apa?
Gak enak??
Sy biasa beli ini dan enak kok.
Lalu sy tarik dy dan bilang sini anda CEK!!!
Liat warnanya nuget ini.
(Sambil menunjuk nuget yg tersedia difreezer prima) liat warnanya gak??
Ini kemerahan.
Artinya apa???
Ini anda saat membersihkan kelamaan males2an.
Akhirnya mencair
Dan akhirnya rasanya rusak!!!
Anda bisa baca gak?
Ini harus disimpan disuhu brp?
Dan dengan santainya dy bilang mungkin dalam pengiriman! Dy kira itu dikirim by gojek/grab??
Saat dikirim ke prima.
Itu menggunakan lemari es dengan suhu yg tepat.
Memang dasar pelayan itu gak niat kerja.
Dengan cepatnya dy berkata.
Sudah selesai?
Ada lg??
Kl bisa managernya memperhatikan cctv agar orang2 malas seperti mereka terpantau.
Dimasa pandemi seperti ini kami membutuhkan frozen food yang terjaga kualitasnya
Bukan dirusak oleh SDM yg malas dan tidak bertanggung jwb

I am a loyal customer of Prima Fresh Mart Ruko Bukit Dago, Rawakalong, Gunung Sindur, West Java.
But recently we experienced something very unpleasant.
I bought nuggets and fries and already confirmed the expiry date.
Then when we want to eat it.
The taste of the nuggets is not as usual.
It tasted very strange, mushy, and not worth selling.
Then I checked the condition of the nuget.
It turns out that the color is not as usual which is usually yellow.
But it's red.
The nuggets are covered in breadcrumbs.
Which when the flour is exposed to water (melted) it will definitely be moist and give off a reddish color.
Potatoes are the same.
It turned out that it had also been thawed and probably frozen again.
So it feels weird.
Then we immediately visited the prima shop.
Then suddenly we were not greeted well.
The one where there is a male shopkeeper who is on a video call and clearly he speaks that "work here is tiring and I have to clean the freezer every day"
And he still keeps video calling with his friend without paying attention to the customer.
And because I overheard the conversation.
I know the reason why the nuggets and potatoes that I usually buy have changed the taste.
Then I scolded.
By raising our complaint.
That the nuget I bought didn't taste good.
With good taste, he said that the brand did not taste good.
Then I said.
what did you say?
Not good??
I usually buy this and it's delicious.
Then I pulled dy and said here you CHECK!!!
Look at the color of this nuget.
(While pointing at the nuggets that are available in the prime freezer) do you see the color?
It's reddish.
What does it mean???
