★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak tepat waktu n tidak tepat janji. Laundry tidak dianter sesuai waktu yg dijanjikan. Pdhl sdh diinfo bahwa pakaian akan dipakai esok harinya. Diminta pagi bilangnya siangan. Ditu ggu sampai sore ga dianter. Ktnya akan diantar n ada yg lembur. Ternyata ditunggu sampai jam 6 sore ga ada. Di wa ga aktif ditelpon berkali2 ga ada yg jawab telpon....mengecewakan.
Not on time n not promising. Laundry is not delivered according to the promised time. It's been informed that the clothes will be worn the next day. Requested morning said it was late. There, I didn't deliver until the afternoon. Ktnya will be delivered n there is overtime. It turns out that it was waited until 6 pm there was no. When there is no active call many times no one answers the phone ... disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalo gak kepepet buat nyuci sofa, ga akan balik sih.. pegawai ama ownernya jutek parah. Yg nice cuma abang2 delivery nya.
If you don't feel like washing the sofa, you won't come back... the employees and the owner are really dirty. The only good thing is the delivery brothers.
