★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan model bali, jauh dari kebisingan, bangunan rapi. Ga jauh dari gerbang tol sawangan, dgn pembangunan terusan tol ke selatan dari sawangan, pintu tol akan semakin dekat dgn perumahan. Harga tanah sdh mulai naik.
Balinese style housing, far from noise, neat building. Not far from the Sawarna toll gate, with the construction of a toll road to the south from Sangan, the toll gate will be closer to housing. Land prices have started to rise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah mahal kualitas murahan. Baru 6 bulan udah retak semua dindingnya. Lantai kamar mandi sama meja dapur miringnya salah jadi airnya mengenang. Dindingnya jg lembab. Malah ada yg rembes, pernah ampe lantai kamar banjir. Bolak balik dibenerin gk bener2. Sekarang malah dibiarin sama sekali, gk ada respon apa2 lagi dari developer/tukangnya.
An expensive house of cheap quality. It's only been 6 months and all the walls have cracked. The bathroom floor and the kitchen table are tilted wrongly so the water remembers. The walls are also damp. There was even a leak, once the floor of the room was flooded. Back and forth, it's not correct. Now it's been completely abandoned, there's no response whatsoever from the developer/builder.
