★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya kurang informatif. Pasien harus proaktif menanyakan lalu beliau akan jawab. Saya diinformasikan mengenai nama penyakit saya tapi tidak dapat cukup penjelasan mengenai proses penyembuhannya, kapan harus kembali dll berhubung sakit gini kan mungkin ga langsung sembuh ya.
The doctor is not informative. The patient must be proactive in asking and then he will answer. I was informed about the name of my illness but couldn't explain enough about the healing process, when to come back, etc. Due to this illness, maybe it won't heal right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Betul sekali yg mereka tulis dalam ulasan ini,pertama kali saya chat utk menanyakan tentang keluhan saya dokter langsung respon baik.Padahal saya lupa blm memperkenalkan diri,dan ketika saya sampaikan keluhan saya yg lain dokter juga terus membalas chat saya.Saya langsung yakin dan memutuskan utk mengunjungi tempat prakteknya dan mendaftar utk konsultasi langsung.
Jarang sekali kita menemukan dokter yg ramah sekali,sabar dan berkompeten.
Saya juga diberi kesempatan utk bertanya seputar keluhan yg ada pd anak saya.Dan penjelasan sangat gamblang.
Semoga berkah dan selalu sehat y dok,biar banyak orang yg terbantu dgn ilmu yg dokter miliki Aamiiin
It's true what they wrote in this review, the first time I chatted to ask about my complaint the doctor immediately responded well. Even though I forgot to introduce myself, and when I conveyed my other complaints the doctor also continued to reply to my chat. I immediately believed and decided to visit his practice and register for an in-person consultation.
Rarely do we find a doctor who is very friendly, patient and competent.
I was also given the opportunity to ask questions about my child's complaints. And the explanation was very clear.
