★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pendaftaran pasien di buka pukul 15.30 tapi sebelum jam tersebut ruangan pendaftaran sudah di buka, mengakibatkan orang2 datang sebelum jam pendaftaran di buka untuk duduk mengantri dengan menomori diri mereka sendiri. Harusnya, jika pendartaran di buka jam 15.30 , ya pintu juga di buka pada jam tsb. Sedikit mengecewakan.. Saya sudah 2 kali ke sana dan tdk pernah dpt nomer karena orang orang sudah duduk mengantri sebelum jam pendaftaran di buka. Untuk batasan pasien 12 orang, itu sudah hak dari dokter, tidak masalah. Hanya sistem pendaftarannya yang perlu di perbaiki. Mengingat tdk adanya reservasi by phone atau media lain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setiap harinya hanya membuka maksimal untuk 12 orang pendaftaran pasien saja. Disarankan untuk datang lebih awal, sekitar 30 menit sebelum buka (pukul 15.30) agar mendapat kuota antrian. Pasien dengan nomor antrian yang besar bisa ditinggal pulang terlebih dahulu, dan biasanya diberi tahukan perkiraan jam panggilnya oleh petugas pendaftaran. Pemeriksaan dan pengobatan ditangani langsung oleh drg. Anie dengan pelayanan yang sangat ramah. Disini juga melayani BPJS dan rujukan ke rumah sakit yang lebih besar.

Anie with very friendly service. Here also serves BPJS and referrals to larger hospitals.
