β β β β β Berobat anak disini, ambil antrian, periksa, lalu tebus obat. Penjelasan dari diagnosis dokter juga lumayan jelas, semoga anak saya lekas sembuh btw.
Treat children here, take the queue, check, then redeem the medicine. The explanation from the doctor's diagnosis is also quite clear, I hope my child gets well soon btw.

β β β β β Ini kedua kali saya ke dokter jonni. Kunjungan pertama saya sangat puas karena dr jonni sangat informatif dan mendiagnosa dengan baik penyakit anak dan istri saya. Tapi paska kunjungan ke dua kali ini membawa mama, saya kecewa. Petugas front office tidak profesional. Karena pandemi covid melihat keadaan di dalam yg ramai saya menunggu di luar (di dalam mobil) dengan sebelumnya disetujui oleh pendaftaran luar dan akan di ingatkan jika sudah mendekati antrian. Sambil menunggu saya juga mengirimkan whatsapp untuk diingatkan dan sudah dijawab iya oleh penerima whatsapp. Setelah mendekati satu jam saya wa kembali tidak mendapat respon. Dan ketika saya tanyakan ke front office ternyata antrian sudah lewat 6 nomer antrian , ketika saya sampaikan keluhan dengan baik dan sopan saya malah mendapatkan muka masam dari petugas front office. akhirnya saya kembali harus menunggu lagi didalam hingga akhirnya saya dipanggil masuk tanpa ada permintaan maaf dari petugas front office yg merugikan saya. Mohon kepada dr Jonny untuk memperhatikan kualitas petugas pendaftaran dan front office . Sehingga tidak menurunkan citra baik dr jonny , asisten /perawat yang sangat baik.
This is my second time to Jonni's doctor. My first visit was very satisfied because dr jonni was very informative and well diagnosed my wife and child's illness. But after my second visit with my mother, I was disappointed. Unprofessional front office staff. Due to the covid pandemic, seeing the situation inside which was crowded, I waited outside (in the car) with previously approved by outside registration and I will be reminded when I approach the queue. While waiting I also sent a whatsapp to be reminded and it was answered yes by the whatsapp recipient. After approaching an hour I did not get a response again. And when I asked the front office, it turned out that the queue had already passed 6 queue numbers, when I submitted my complaint properly and politely I even got a sour face from the front office clerk. finally I had to wait again inside until I was finally called in without an apology from the front office officer who harmed me. Please Dr. Jonny to pay attention to the quality of the registration officer and front office. So that it doesn't degrade the good image of Dr. Jonny, a very good assistant / nurse.

β β β β β BURUK. daftar di meja depan (foto terlampir). Sdh daftar. Sampai pasien sisa 2 dari penuh. Pas saya tanya, sekarang nomor berapa (ayah saya 17). Ternyata udh 21. Pas saya tanya 17 sdh dipanggil ?
Jawabnya sudah tadi.
Saya bilang kok g denger ya ?
Trus dijawab : "kami ga ngapalin muka pasien ya. Jdi lain kali dengerin..."
Ajib.
Trus pasien lain mendatangi kami.
Pasien yg lain tanya.. panggil nya lewat apa ya ? Dmn ?
Pelayannya jawab. Panggilnya disini.
Pasien tsb tanya lg.. saya no. 20 kok udh 21 aja. Saya drtd didepan mba. Saya g denger sama sekali.

Nilai sendiri. Ayah saya udh ngajak pulang.
BAD. register at the front desk (photo attached). Sdh register. Until the remaining 2 patients are full. When I asked, what number is it now (my father is 17). Turns out it was already 21. When I asked 17, was it called?
The answer was already.
I said why can't you hear me?
Then it was answered: "We don't show the patient's face, so next time listen..."
Awesome.
Then another patient came to us.
Another patient asked.. what do you call him? Dm ?
The servant answered. Call him here.
The patient asked again.. I am no. Why is 20 already 21? I'm drtd in front of Ms. I don't hear at all.

β β β β β Sudah 2x berobat disini,lumayan cocok dan antri,dokter jg meriksanya bagus ga trlalu buru2.. buka dr jam 9.00-12.00 lanjut lg sore jam 16.00-22.00.. lokasi ga jauh dr taman CI & masjid
I've had treatment here twice, it's pretty good and queuing up, the doctor also checks it's good, not too hasty.. open from 9.00-12.00, then in the afternoon at 16.00-22.00.. the location is not far from CI park & ββmosque
