★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sy kasih rating 1 krn saat hpl saya "ditinggal" gitu aja sama pemiliknya, padahal saya udah kontrol rutin kurleb 3 bulan terakhir, dan 1 bulan terakhir 1 minggu sekali. mungkin memang takdir Allah di hari hpl anak saya mengalami iufd/ meninggal dalam kandungan saat di usg sudah tdk ada denyut jantung anak saya, padahal 3 hari sblmnya baik2 saja saat di usg disitu, dan hari itu apakah tdk ada kecurigaan kah? 3 hari masa naik drastis dari 3,1 ke 3,5 dibilang perut anak saya sudah putih2 padahal keadaan kepala sudah masuk panggul dan posisi kepala bayi saya masih bagus, saya dan suami blm ada pengalaman sama sekali krn ini anak pertama kami, mungkin untuk umi/ bidan disana tgl 1 september 2021 jam 8 malam tau, kami keluar dari ruang usg dalam keadaan menangis dan tidak mendapat surat rujukan apapun dan tidak diantar oleh pihak bidan disini, kami hanya nurut diarahkan cek ke rs ananda, padahal umi sendiri tau jam pendaftaran terkahir jam 8 malam, bahkan kami berdua malah disuruh pulang dgn alasan disuruh mengurus bpjs, dan di rs tsb kami sudah ditolak sudah tdk bisa usg jam segitu krn dokter kandungannya sdh pulang dan ditanya bidannya knp tdk antar? knp lepas tangan? sy dan suami sampai pindah ke 3 rs akhirnya ditangani langsung di rs budi kemulyaan, dan langsung ditindak, saat lahir anaknya sudah banyak lilitan dileher, perut dan kaki, mohon untuk mendiagnosa jangan asal bilang keadaan perut anak saya sudah banyak putih2 , kami krn tdk ada pengalaman dan merasa bidan disini sudah banyak pengalaman saat itu hanya mengiyakan, dan tolong jika ada kasus sperti kami jangan lepas tangan dan ditemani, saya sangat amat kecewa
bukan krn memang takdir anak saya harus meninggal hari itu, namun lepas tangan dari pihak bidan yang lepas tanggung jawab tidak menemani kami, semoga gaada case lagi seperti saya, dan saya tdk mau lagi periksa disana krn trauma. padahal awalnya sy kira disana pelayanannya bagus dan ramah org2 nya dan saya hanya percaya2 aja review bagus dr google. krn kebetulan sy baru pindah dkt sini. ternyata asal diagnosa dan lepas tangan pada pasien
I'm giving a rating of 1 because when my cellphone was "left behind" by the owner, even though I had routine checks for the last 3 months, and the last 1 month once a week. maybe it was God's destiny on the day of my child's cell phone to have IUF/died in the womb while on the ultrasound there was no heartbeat for my child, even though 3 days before it was fine when he was on the ultrasound there, and that day was there no suspicion? 3 days the period went up drastically from 3.1 to 3.5 it says my child's stomach is white even though the head has entered the pelvis and my baby's head position is still good, my husband and I have no experience at all because this is our first child, maybe for mum / the midwife there, on September 1, 2021 at 8 pm, you know, we came out of the ultrasound room crying and didn't get any referral letters and were not delivered by the midwife here, we just obeyed being directed to check at Ananda Hospital, even though Umi herself knew the last registration time at 8 pm, we were even told to go home with the excuse that we were told to take care of the BPJS, and at the hospital we were rejected and we couldn't do an ultrasound at that hour because the obstetrician had come home and the midwife asked why didn't he deliver? why hands off? My husband and I moved to 3 rs. Finally, they were treated directly at the Budi Kemulyaan Hospital, and they were immediately dealt with, when the child was born, there were many twists in the neck, stomach and legs, please do the diagnosis, don't just say the condition of my child's stomach is white, we don't have one experience and feel that the midwives here have had a lot of experience at that time, only agreed, and please if there is a case like ours, don't let go and be accompanied, I am very, very disappointed
not because it was fate that my son had to die that day, but the hands of the midwife who were not responsible for accompanying us, hopefully there will be no more cases like me, and I don't want to check there anymore because of trauma. even though at first I thought the service was good and the people friendly and I only believed the good reviews from google. Coincidentally, I just moved here. it turns out that the origin of the diagnosis and hands off the patient

Saya sudah menunggu hampir 2 jam, dan karena kandungan masih di trisemester pertama jadi harus tahan pipis sebelum di usg biar kelihatan. Saya nahan pipis hampir 2 jam, tp belum dipanggil2 juga.
Diharap kooperatif dengan pasien sesuai urutan pasien. Jangan karna "kenal" jadi didahulukan. Semua orang punya urusan dan kepentingan masing-masing. Orang datang lebih dahulu karna akan ada urusan lagi setelah ini. Tapi ternyata sangat lama.
Saya datang dari setengah 8 malam, dan antrian hanya 2 orang pasiem. Tapi saat ini sudah jam 9 malam, saya belum dipanggil2 juga.
Sedangkan saat saya menunggu, datang orang, dan ternyta dia lebih dulu yang masuk.
Tolong diperbaiki regulasi di meja pendaftaran nya.
Agar tidak ada orang yang dirugikan.
