β β β β β Pertama kali datang ke tempat praktek dr. Ratna setelah sekian lama ga terapi akupuntur lagi, dokternya rumah, care banget satu-satu dicariin sakitnya yang mana, plus dikasih simple tips buat latihan sendiri di rumah, tempatnya bersih dan nyaman. Thanks dok ??

Dokter Ratna sangat ramah, mau menjelaskan dengan sabar kepada pasien semua pertanyaan pasien. Tempat prakteknya sangat bersih dan rapi terutama PROKES nya mantap. Sukses selalu Dr.Ratna.
Dr Ratna's acupuncture technique is appropriate and suitable for treating pain in the muscles of the back, shoulders and neck. I have been a regular with Dr. Ratna since 2015. Doctor Ratna is very friendly, willing to patiently explain to patients all the patient's questions. The practice place is very clean and tidy, especially the PROKES is great. Always success Dr. Ratna.

β β β β β Dokter Ratna baik banget, sangat detail, menggali dan mendengar keluhan pasien dengan sangat sabar dan ditanya sampai benar2 jelas sakitnya dibagian mana dan apa yang sakit baru diobati. Sangat keibuan dan care banget sama pasiennya. Pengobatan dengan akupuntur tp khasiatnya luar biasa, oke bangettt.. buat yg khawatir berobat selama pandemi dont worry, prosedurnya ketat banget dan kita tidak akan ketemu sama pasien lain krn sdh terjadwal dgn baik, seperti berobat ke dokter private.. very recommended..
Doctor Ratna is very kind, very detailed, explores and listens to patient complaints very patiently and is asked until it is clear where the pain is and what is the new pain is treated. Very motherly and very caring for her patients. Treatment with acupuncture but the benefits are extraordinary, really okay.. for those who are worried about getting treatment during the pandemic, don't worry, the procedure is very strict and we will not meet other patients because it is well scheduled, such as going to a private doctor.. very recommended..

β β β β β Visit tgl 9 Oct'21 dgn keluhan paha kiri bagian dalam berasa pegal setelah lari >15km dan kadang ankle kanan sedikit tidak nyaman (krn pas PPKM lari dikomplek rumah sehingga bny U-turn). Hari ini tgl 10 Oct'21 setelah lari 23km, pegal di paha dalam berkurang jauh, ankle jg tidak ada rasa sakit. Makasih dokter Ratna.
Ps: Jan 2020 juga pernah ke dokter Ratna pas masih di RSPI, waktu itu lutut kiri cedera sampai sakit pas jalan, 5x akupuntur sembuh.

Visit on 9 Oct'21 with complaints that the inner left thigh feels sore after running >15km and sometimes the right ankle is a little uncomfortable (because when PPKM runs in the house complex, there are many U-turns). Today is Oct 10'21 after running 23km, the pain in the inner thighs has reduced considerably, the ankles don't hurt either. Thank you doctor Ratna.
PS: Jan 2020 also visited Ratna's doctor while still at the RSPI, at that time he injured his left knee until it hurt when he walked, 5 times acupuncture healed.

β β β β β Dokter Ratna sangat baik dan peduli sekali dengan pasiennya. Saya diajarkan berbagai cara stretching dan sampai di follow up secara pribadi perkembangannya. Sakit yang sudah setahun, sekali perawatan dengan beliau langsung sembuh dengan bantuan akupunktur. Saya sangat rekomendasi 10/10!
Doctor Ratna is very kind and really cares about her patients. I was taught various ways of stretching and was personally followed up on its progress. Sick for a year, once treated with him immediately recovered with the help of acupuncture. I highly recommend 10/10!

Datang kesini krn mau persiapa FET terus ada keluhan endometriosis yg muncul kembali bagian bawah perut sakit, dokternya sangat peduli bgt sampe tiap hari WA nanyain kondisi seminggu tiga kli aku kesana dan setiap kesana karna perut masih suka sakit dokter nya smpe cari cara dan khawatir bgt, setelah beberapa kli akupuntur rasa sakitnya hilang AMAZING !! Sy ga perlu lg obat pain killer. Thank you dok udah care bgt sm pasiennya coba dari dulu kenal ? sehat selalu dokter ??

Came here because I wanted to prepare for FET and there were complaints of endometriosis coming back, the lower part of my stomach hurt, the doctor really cared so much that every day WA asked me about the condition three times a week I went there and every time I went there because my stomach still hurt, the doctor was looking for a way and was really worried, after a few acupuncture kli the pain is gone AMAZING !! I don't need pain killers anymore. Thank you, doc, you care a lot for the patient. I've always known you always healthy, doctor

β β β β β Dokter yang luar biasa care, keibuan n punya misi n visi yang super untuk mengobati pasiennya. Saya awalnya skeptis dengan akupuntur, karena saya berfikir nya akan banyak sekali jarum2 di tusuk2 dibadan saya. Saya punya keluhan sering sakit kepala, n setelah berobat ke sini, eh ternyata jarumnya tidak sebanyak yg sy pikirkan n maksimal yg ditusuk di sekujur tubuh saya 10 jarum. Dan setelah saya rutin kan seminggu 2 sampai 3 kali , sakit kepala saya berkurang n jadi jarang sekali sakit kepalanya. Dokter Ratna akan selalu memfollow up n memantau kondisi saya, super care pokoknya ???, n selalu sabar melayani pertanyaan pasiennya. Tempat prakteknya pun sangat homey n bersih, super rekomen deh pokoke. Thanks Dok ???
An extraordinary doctor who cares, motherly n has a mission n super vision to treat his patients. I was initially skeptical of acupuncture, because I thought it would have a lot of needles being pricked in my body. I have a complaint of frequent headaches, and after getting treatment here, it turns out that the needles are not as many as I thought, and the maximum number of needles stabbed all over my body is 10 needles. And after I routinely do it 2 to 3 times a week, my headaches are reduced and so I rarely get headaches. Doctor Ratna will always follow up n monitor my condition, super care anyway ???, n always patient to serve the patient's questions. The place for practice is also very homey and clean, super recommendations. Thanks Doc ???
