★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari segi treatment kalau rajin datang hasilnya memuaskan, terlihat jelas dan dapat dikatakan bagus. Dokter ada yang telaten benar-benar dilihat, dipegang wajahnya dan ada yang hanya asal laser saja.
Yang membuat saya memberi rate satu untuk cabang St. Moritz karena proses membingungkan dengan pilihan bintang satu dan bintang dua terutama di cabang St. Moritz, staff (yang mengaku bertanggung jawab) mengatakan bahwa apabila kita mereedem bintang satu kita harus langsung melakukannya di hari yang sama dan apabila tidak memakainya langsung akan dianggap hangus.
Padahal dicabang yang lain apabila saya memilih bintang satu treatment tidak harus dilakukan di hari yang sama dan diberi kartu baru. Kartu lama disimpan dan boleh diredeem kapanpun asal tidak melewati batas waktu yang tertulis di kartu.
Semua cabang waktu saya telepon mengatakan hal yang sama dan sebenernya staff yang di St. Moritz pun mengatakan hal yang sama. Hanya satu orang yang mengaku paling bertanggung jawab di tempat saja yang mengatakan hal yang berbeda.
Untuk mebuktikan apakah hal ini benar atau tidak saya datang ke cabang yang ada di Gandaria City. Ternyata betul, saya boleh memilih bintang satu dan mendapatkan kartu baru.
Kartu lama yang belum diredeem saya simpan.
Sangat mengecewakan karena cabang St. Moritz merupakan cabang yang paling dekat dengan rumah saya tapi karena staffnya yang mengaku paling bertanggung jawab dan ngotot kalau dia benar saya jadi malas dan menganggap Pure Clinic St. Moritz adalah cabang yang tidak bagus dan membuat saya tidak nyaman untuk melakukan treatment.

Which made me rate one for the St. Branch. Moritz because of the confusing process with one-star and two-star options especially at the St. Moritz branch. Moritz, the staff (who claims to be responsible) said that if we remeeded one star we had to do it on the same day and if we didn't use it, it would be considered forfeited.
Even though in another branch, if I choose one star, the treatment doesn't have to be done on the same day and given a new card. The old card is stored and can be redeemed at any time as long as it does not pass the time limit written on the card.
All the branches when I called said the same thing and actually the staff at St. Moritz also said the same thing. Only one person claiming responsibility on the spot said something different.
To prove whether this is true or not I came to the branch in Gandaria City. It was true, I could choose one star and get a new card.
I keep the old card that hasn't been redeemed.
Very disappointing because the St. branch. Moritz is the branch closest to my house, but because of the staff who claimed to be the most responsible and insisted that he was right, I became lazy and thought Pure Clinic St. Moritz is a bad branch and it makes me uncomfortable to do treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat kecewa dengan laser disini, sebelumny saya ingin kesini karna berfikir laser dpt memudarkan bekas jerawat, setelah konsultasi sy mengambil paket trial ada SRL sekitr 2jtan, dan juga sya sudah menjalani 7x photo laser beserta 2x serum oxy, nyatany jerawat sya ditembakin laser oleh dokterny, dan sampai sekarang bukan bekasnya hilang, tetapi jerawat saya meradang, therapy saya sudah selesai, dan jerawat saya keluar besar semua. ini bentuk kekecewaan saya karena harus memulai sabar dari awal menghilangkan bekas jerawatnya lagi.
I was very disappointed with the laser here, before I wanted to come here because I thought laser could fade acne scars, after consulting I took a trial package with SRL about 2 weeks, and I had already undergone 7x laser photos along with 2x oxy serum, but my acne had been laser repaired, and until now the mark is not gone, but my acne is inflamed, my therapy is over, and my pimples are all big. this is a form of my disappointment because I have to start patiently from the start removing the acne scars again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hati2 bagi yang mau suntik vitamin c di klink ini. Saya di tangani oleh dr Gunung. Diinjeksi beberapa kali di bagian lengan untuk cari pembuluh darah namun tidak ketemu. Hasilnya malah syaraf saya ketusuk. Dan sekarang saya jadi harus ke dokter spesialis syaraf untuk mengobati syaraf saya yang tertusuk jarum suntik oleh dokter yang tidak kompeten. Saran saya lebih baik tidak usah suntik2 di klinik ini dari pada diri anda yg jadi taruhannya.
Be careful for those who want to inject vitamin C in this clink. I was handled by Dr. Gunung. Several times injected into the arm to look for blood vessels but could not find them. As a result, my nerves were stabbed. And now I have to go to a neurologist to treat my nerves that were pierced by a needle by an incompetent doctor. My advice is that it is better not to have injections in this clinic than yourself who is at stake.
