★ ★ ★ ★ ★ September 2006, Forum Silaturahmi Peduli Petani atau FSPP yang dinahkhodai oleh K.HASAN, KH, MU’TASHIM BILLAH, AWANG TRISNAMURTI, MARZUKI, WAHYONO, KIFAYATUL AKHYAR menyempatkan diri untuk “rawuh sambung rasa” di Dusun Tlepok, Desa Semin, Kecamatan Semin Kabupaten Gunungkidul untuk memberikan pendampingan dan menyerap aspirasi masyarakat pedukuhan Tlepok. “sambung rasa “ inilah yang menjadi “embrio” yang beberapa tahun kemudian oleh Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Sunan Pandanaran di dengan pendirian madrasah di Dusun Tlepok Desa Semin Kec Semin Kab Gunungkidul di bawah naungan.
Berada di ujung timur laut Provinsi DIY, Kecamatan Semin Kabupaten Gunungkidul letak Dusun Tlepok, Desa Semin di mana Komplek Al Jauhar. Potret Demografi kehidupan social masyarakat dusun Tlepok, bermata pencaharian mayoritas petani .
September 2006, Farmer Concerned Gathering Forum or FSPP which was led by K.HASAN, KH, MU'TASHIM BILLAH, TRISNAMURTI AWANG, MARZUKI, WAHYONO, KIFAYATUL AKHYAR took the time to be "unrelated" in Tlepok Hamlet, Semin Village, Semin District, Semin District, District of Semin Regency Gunungkidul to provide assistance and absorb the aspirations of the Tlepok hamlet community.
