★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya tidak baik, sy menanyakan paket sy tp seperti dioper2. Katanya sudah sampai di kantor pos lapangan banteng, dan sy disuruh langsung kesana. Tp ternyata setelah sy kesana, barang sy belum sampai disana. Harusnya petugas di pos cikini mengetahui kalau dicek dari nomor resi nya. Tapi sepertinya petugas malas mengecek sehingga menyuruh saya untuk langsung datang ke pos lap.banteng. Mengecewakan.
The service is not good, I ask for my package but it looks like it was sent. He said that he had arrived at the banteng field post office, and I was told to go straight there. But it turns out that after I went there, my item wasn't there yet. The officer at the Cikini post should have known that it was checked from the receipt number. But it seemed that the officers were lazy to check, so they told me to come straight to the banteng post. Disappointing.
