★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rasa satenya mantapp empuk dan bumbunya cocok. hanya mungkin ini masalah selera. karena sudah terbiasa pakai kecap b....o, jadi dilidah aga terasa kurang terbiasa. tapi kalau rasa sate mantap.
untuk sop nya enak juga hanya . dagingnya masih terasa agak keras. belum lepas dengan mudah dari tulangnya. tapi kuahnya terasa pas ringan. dengan rasa cengkeh dan merica yang pas dilidah. layak di coba. makan 5 sate kambing, 1 porsi sop, 1 nasi dan 1 gelas teh hangat Rp 63.000,- harga yg wajar. ga perlu jauh2 ke tegal. lokasi tidak jauh dari warung jengkol. kalau dari arah BSD posisi disebelah kanan .
The taste of the satay is really soft and the seasoning is right. maybe it's just a matter of taste. because I'm used to using soy sauce b....o, so the tongue doesn't feel like it's used to it. but if the satay taste is solid.
for the soup, it's just delicious. the meat still tasted a bit tough. has not separated easily from the bone. but the gravy feels just right. with a taste of cloves and pepper that fits the tongue. worth a try. eat 5 goat satays, 1 portion of soup, 1 rice and 1 cup of warm tea Rp. 63,000,- reasonable price. no need to go far to the field. the location is not far from the jengkol shop. if from the direction of BSD position on the right.

Sebelum itu yuk kita isi dulu perut kita biar selama diperjalanan tidak ngantuk, bagaimana keseruannya yuk cek it dot.
Perjalanan kira-kira sejauh 2 jam kurang lebih kami tempuh dari Tangerang menuju puncak Bogor,, bertepatan dengan libur kerja mendorong kami untuk mencari udara segar, kami menyusuri jalan raya Bogor Parung tanpa melewati akses jalan tol, sengaja kami melewati jalan ini untuk mencari kuliner kuliner di sekitar daerah Parung, Bogor..
Tempat pertama yang kami singgahi adalah warung sate Tegal Bu Erna yang berada di tepi jalan Raya bukit Dago menuju Parung panjang. Ketika kami datangi tempat ini terlihat sepi karena sudah larut malam yaitu pukul 09.30. Tempatnya sangat luas dengan parkir mobil dan motor yang cukup memadai, ketika memasuki tempat ini kami disuguhi poster poster besar yang bergambar kota Tegal dan Kota Siliwangi, serta dihiasi menu menu yang ada di warung sate ini.. Satu hal di sini daftar menu tidak dicantumkan list harga, namun secara umum harganya sama dengan warung warung sate di tempat lain..
Ketika kami mencoba ternyata Sop kambingnya sangat enak sekali, sate ayamnya pun sangat enak sekali, begitu juga dengan sate kambingnya, mantab...
Untuk keselurahan kami beri nilai 8.5
