Darul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Wal Irsyad was established on August 27, 1999, to coincide with the 15 Jumadil Awwal 1420 H and has been registered in the Ministry of Religion of the Gunungkidul Regency with a statistical number D.99127. Wal Irsyad Darul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School is located on Nusantara 17 street, Ledoksari hamlet, Kepek Village, Wonosari District, Gunungkidul Regency, D.I. Yogyakarta. Standing on a land area of 16,319 m2. The location of the Islamic Boarding School of Darul Qur'an Wal Irsyad is located 1 km from the heart of Wonosari, to the north of SMKN 2 Wonosari.
