Sebelum pandemi, beberapa santri yg sakit hanya diberi obat seperlu nya, wali murid tidak dihubungi sama sekali. Ketika sakit sudah Parah baru dihubungi.. Ketika ada orang tua yg sakit parah, izin untuk pulang dipersulit, ketika dapat izin pulang tidak diperbolehkan menginap...
Setelah pandemi, dimana anak anak dipulangkan 3 bulan (Mei, Juni, Juli) biaya SPP berubah ubah semaunya, tanpa ada perincian untuk apa, biaya apa...
Setelah anak kembali masuk, sy akui sy setuju peraturan dilarang menjenguk demi memutus rantai carrier COVID-19 di pesantren. Tiba lah maklumat yg berisi memperbolehkan wali untuk mengirim kebutuhan anak via paket, kami sungguh sangat senang.. Ketika kami kirim via Gosend, entah mengapa ada peraturan terbaru kirim paket hanya via "JNE, JNT, DLL" terus menurut anda Gosend/ Grabsend bukan jasa kurir pengiriman?? Dipersulitlah... Berbicara sama Security nya via telepon, ditengah tengah obrolan dengan "SANGAT TIDAK SOPAN" sy ditinggalkan begitu saja. Lapor ke pengurus lainnya dilempar lempar.. Sudah lapor tanggapannya tetap saja tidak boleh..
Saran saya untuk Pondok pesantren Alquran Nurul Furqon...
1. Mohon untuk mengubah atau memperbaiki manajemen Risiko pondok Pesantren. Bagaimana cara mengatasi masalah yang ada di lingkup pondok pesantren (internal maupun eksternal)
2. Mohon apabila mengeluarkan maklumat harap dikaji ulang.. Apakah informasi yg ada didalamnya sudah terperinci dengan baik, apakah wali santri mampu memahami dengan baik isi informasi maklumat tsb.
3. Mohon untuk MENGAJAK DISKUSI wali santri via apapun itu ( secara langsung ataupun via grup Wa, zoom meeting, Ms. team) Agar mampu bertukar fikiran, agar informasi yg diberikan mampu dipahami oleh wali santri.
Mohon pondok pesantren mampu menampung aspirasi, kritik dan saran saya.. Agar kami wali santri tidak bersuudzon kepada pondok pesantren..

1. Please change or improve the risk management of Islamic boarding schools. How to solve problems that exist in the scope of Islamic boarding schools (internal and external)
2. Please, if you issue a notice, please review it again. Is the information contained in it is well detailed, whether the guardian of the santri is able to properly understand the contents of the information of the announcement.
3. Please INVITE DISCUSSION of the santri guardian via whatever it is (directly or via the Wa group, zoom meeting, Ms. team) In order to be able to exchange ideas, so that the information provided can be understood by the santri guardian.
I ask that the Islamic boarding school be able to accommodate my aspirations, criticisms and suggestions ... So that we, the guardians of the students, will not be devoted to the Islamic boarding school ...
