★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very well located in Pondok Indah area. here you can find plenty of restaurants, convenient stores, cafes, bank/atm, etc. you can find international fast food chain or local indonesian restaurant here. frequent customer will be people living in the area and who stays at Pondok Indah hospital. but sometimes you can also find people who are working in Pondok Indah offices come to have lunch.
the design of the what-said to be Ruko is not the best i reckon. found it not quite efficient at some area. and parking arrangement is very limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically it's a bunch of Ruko placed into one complex. I find that there are so many banks here, the most complete banks compiled in one location for miles. The food varieties includes McD and KFC (just those two opens 24hours), Burger King, Yoshinoya, Pho24, Hayam Wuruk (ayam tulang lunak), Dominos Pizza, an Indomaret, an Alfamart, some Padangnese resto and many more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know how many times i had visit this office/ restaurant complex. Mainly for McD, KFC or recently Yoshinoya and starbucks at the back, facing RSPI. This place existed for long time, since i am in the elementary. Good times, good times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's located on one of the main roads in Pondok Indah area. Seems like this business complex has few offices, banks, and restaurants. I'm only aware a 'lil bit of the restaurants, tho. You can find Burger King, KFC, McD, Yoshinoya, Domino's Pizza, and I guess, a few other restaurants here.
It also has plenty parking lots. I have no comment on the parking service, since I've been there by public transportation only. The nearest Transjakarta (TJ/busway) bus stop is Pondok Indah 1. And the only bus stop (for the regular ones) is located in front of KFC. Not too far from the bus stop, many ojek online drivers waiting orders or just resting there.
