first of all, enak banget ngekost disini!! fasilitasnya bagus. ada lemari baju, tempat tidur, meja belajar, AC, TV, serta kamar mandi dalam (ada shower, wc duduk, dan keran). fasilitas lainnya ada dapur, jemuran, lemari es, dan ada space yg lumayan di depannya yg bisa dijadiin tempat parkir atau olahraga.
tempatnya asri banget, jd enak banget dijadiin tempat tinggal. worth it banget kalo ngekos disini!!? owner sm pengurusnya baik² banget ??✨
biaya kostnya 1 juta per bulan (blm termasuk listrik). recommended bgt lahhh. tempatnya dekat juga dari kampus 3. kalo jalan bisa sekitar 10 menit aja.
bisa bgt kalo mau nginep sehari aja disini, biayanya 75k aja semalam. bayar listriknya pakai token dan estimasi biaya listriknya sebulan bisa 50k aja, tergantung pemakaian.
overall, puas banget sih ngekost disini?
I want to share my experience staying at the diva 1 cottage
first of all, it's really nice to stay here!! the facilities are good. there is a wardrobe, bed, study table, AC, TV, and an private bathroom (there is a shower, sitting toilet, and a faucet). other facilities include a kitchen, clothesline, refrigerator, and there is a decent amount of space in front of it that can be used as a parking or sports area.
the place is very beautiful, so it's really nice to be a place to live. it's really worth it if you stay here!!? the owner and the management are really nice ??✨
the cost of boarding is 1 million per month (not including electricity). highly recommended. the place is also close to campus 3. if you walk it can take about 10 minutes.
it's really possible if you want to stay here for a day, it only costs 75k a night. pay for electricity using tokens and the estimated electricity cost per month can be 50k, depending on usage.
Overall, I'm really satisfied staying here
